LIFETIME LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
West Shore Home guarantees that all installation work will be free from defects in workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the home. Plumbing work and cartridges are covered for one year from installation, while labor on service calls has a three-year warranty. This warranty applies only to materials installed by West Shore Home.
Terms and ConditionsThe warranty does not cover damages from external factors such as building settlement, natural disasters, incompatible accessories, or alterations by third parties. Warranty coverage ends immediately if home ownership is transferred. Warranty claims require written notification to West Shore Home, along with supporting documentation. West Shore Home may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at their discretion, if a valid claim is determined.
The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original owner’s occupancy of the home. The plumbing and cartridge warranty expires after one year, and the labor service warranty expires after three years, after which service charges may apply.

Angi list remodel all 7 x9 = 63 feet for just $1000 more. West shore will not let us cancel just 5 days after signing.
