LIFETIME LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
West Shore Home guarantees that all installation work will be free from defects in workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the home. Plumbing work and cartridges are covered for one year from installation, while labor on service calls has a three-year warranty. This warranty applies only to materials installed by West Shore Home.
Terms and ConditionsThe warranty does not cover damages from external factors such as building settlement, natural disasters, incompatible accessories, or alterations by third parties. Warranty coverage ends immediately if home ownership is transferred. Warranty claims require written notification to West Shore Home, along with supporting documentation. West Shore Home may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at their discretion, if a valid claim is determined.
The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original owner’s occupancy of the home. The plumbing and cartridge warranty expires after one year, and the labor service warranty expires after three years, after which service charges may apply.

Costs are higher than average and would appreciate a more transparent outline to breakdown the cost of project to justify the total.
Although a technician was sent to address the issue, the problem was not resolved. I was also required to pay a $125 labor fee, which was not refunded despite the lack of resolution. I was subsequently informed that West Shore Homes’ purported “master plumbers” were unable to correct the issue and was referred to an outside plumber at my own expense.
Requiring a customer to incur additional costs to remedy a problem directly resulting from the company’s installation is unacceptable. This situation demonstrates a failure to provide competent service and to stand behind their work. I strongly regret my decision to use West Shore Homes and would not recommend their services.
