Ralph and Theresa Wilson started Wilson Plumbing & Heating in 1958 to provide quality service for Akron's residential and commercial plumbing and heating systems. From a one-man service operation, Wilson Plumbing & Heating has grown to a multi-division company under the guiding hand of Ralph and Theresa's son, Paul Wilson.
Now, 60 years later, we have the third generation of Wilsons involved with Paul's son, John Wilson. Our growth has not changed our business philosophy. As it was nearly 60 years ago, we still provide prompt, quality service at a reasonable price.

Must have a valid credit or debit card on file, which will be charged monthly.
If the payment method fails, you will receive an email asking to update your payment method. If the payment method fails a 2nd time, your membership will be cancelled and you will be responsible for the remaining balance of the 12 month term.
Cancellation: Cancel any time after initial 12-month term
- If cancelling within the first 12 months, the client is responsible for the remaining balance of the 12-month period
- No refunds for previous months
- 2-year and 10-year extended warranties are void and will revert back to the original 1 year parts/labor warranty if your membership lapses or is cancelled within the 2-year or 10-year term.
*The water heater flush applies to tankless and standard hot water tanks in good condition that have been properly maintained.

Frank came to check out my broken air conditioning unit and was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We ended up having to replace both the air conditioning unit as well as the furnace due to their age and condition. The company worked with us so that we were satisfied with pricing and the repair people were equally knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I am a very satisfied customer. I have had work done by them before. They have also replaced my plumbing and slop sink in my basement.

John, the installer was great. Very professional and very personable. Even though he had to move my washer and my dryer and had to work really hard to get the hot water heater in place, He took it all in stride. Everything was cleaned up and tested before he left. I would recommend Wilson.
