I had a wonderful experience with WinChoice from start to finish! My sales representative, Brandon Heller, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
I also want to give a special thank you to Breanna in inside sales. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated every step along the way, and even helped get my installation completed a week earlier than expected. That level of customer service was truly appreciated.
The installation team was outstanding as well. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job installing my new windows. They were professional, respectful of my home, and left everything spotless when they finished.
The new windows look amazing, and one of the best parts is that I no longer have to block my beautiful lake view because of my old, worn-out windows. I can finally enjoy the scenery through crystal-clear windows! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product and the exceptional service from everyone at WinChoice. Roger and his crew hit the ground running. No wasted time. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Left their work areas cleaner than they were before they started. Very professional. 18 windows installed in 1 day. The windows are beautiful . Looking forward to see the difference in energy savings. I would recommend WinChoice to anyone looking to upgrade their existing windows. Excuse the mess and clutter in the pictures. That mess is mine. Still a remodel in progress.

I love the windows, I can already feel the difference, the house is warm and cozy. The men did a great job, very respectful, professional and nice. They worked the entire time they were here. It only took one day, I really liked that, and they cleaned up very well after they finished. I would recommend these two guys, they are the best. I give them a 10.

Kevin, Blake and Victor were a pleasure to work with. Blake and Victor did an outstanding job tearing out and installing our windows. They were able to install 16 windows upstairs and downstairs in two days. There was frozen sleet on the ground creating an uncommon work environment. Tear out, install, sealing inside and outside and cleanup, what a great crew and a wonderful job!

At first I couldn't believe it but now that I see the finished work I thought it was fantastic. They did a good job thank you very much. May God bless you always. The installation of the windows was in a professional way. All windows were installed in a single day. The windows were made to measure and after being installed everything was very clean. My house looks wider and with more lighting, the windows give it a very special touch. The price of the windows was affordable.

I got 3 estimates on my windows and door replacement with WinChoice being one of them. Their sales representative was on time and gave an impressive presentation. Afterwards, he explained in-depth the lifetime warranty and price match guarantee. As it worked out, WinChoice wasn’t the highest bid but not the lowest either. I sent WinChoice the lowest estimate that basically offered the same quality of windows and doors. There was no problem and WinChoice sent me a new contract that matched the lowest quote.
The custom made windows and door were manufactured in a span of a couple months. A date and time were set for the installation and the contractor arrived. He was courteous and professional from start to finish. The windows and door were placed with precision and great workmanship. Ed did a marvelous job and I would recommend him for all your window and doors. Thank you WinChoice USA, the windows and door have really enhanced the appearance of my home and I couldn’t be happier!
