Do not be fooled by the sales gimmicks of advertising using your home as a site OR posting a Window Nation sign at your roadside, as these are used to con you into lowering your price when, in reality, it is a gimmick used to meet the competitors' prices and make you think that the product is somehow "better."
Our sales representative was GONE the day payment was made and failed to answer numerous emails concerning a question I had. The question was if Window Nation participates in Duke Energy rebates for the installation of Energy Star windows. They do not, which keeps you from receiving around a 250 to 300 dollar rebate for every window installed! Big rebate.
I love our windows, and the installation team was great. Just the initial process with sales was something to be desired.

The windows themselves look great — the product quality and appearance are exactly what I hoped for. However, the installation team has been a major disappointment. The work was left incomplete, communication has been extremely poor, and despite multiple attempts to get follow‑up, I’ve been waiting months for the remaining contracted work to be finished.
The design consultant was supportive and tried to help move things forward, but the installation team’s lack of response and follow‑through has made this experience frustrating and far below the standard I expected. The windows are great, but the installation process needs serious improvement.

Peter was very professional and listened to all my questions. He answered those he could and got back to me with answers he did not have. I found him very responsive to all questions and issues I had and he was not pushy or rushed me in any manner.
I really liked the way he listened and heard what I was saying before he have me an answer. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
I am changing my review because I have called a number of times and the automated attendant says we are getting an excessive amount of calls and wait time is 10 minutes then puts me into voice mail. I've left two messages and hung up other times since no one has called me back.
Their customer service is definitely lacking.
These are numbers I've called on my order sheet. One person did call me back and texted me he left the company but would pass my message on.

This was the most wonderful experience I have ever had with a company and their employee Eric Bennett he was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, answered every question and worked diligently to give me the best price within my budget. The best experience ever! The company has the absolute best warranty ever! Their lifetime warranty actually is lifetime and it transferable to new owners if you sale your home! The windows are incredible. We have already noticed a difference in our house's ability to maintain temperature and we don't even have blinds back up yet. The crew did an amazing job. The transition was so seamless. They did impeccable work and they really made us feel like our satisfaction was of the utmost importance. Best company I have ever worked with for installation. They initially told me it would take two days to install 27 windows and Darwin and crew did the whole job with highest quality in only one day. The team was hardworking and friendly. I will tell everyone I know. The windows are beautiful
