Peter was very professional and listened to all my questions. He answered those he could and got back to me with answers he did not have. I found him very responsive to all questions and issues I had and he was not pushy or rushed me in any manner.
I really liked the way he listened and heard what I was saying before he have me an answer. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
I am changing my review because I have called a number of times and the automated attendant says we are getting an excessive amount of calls and wait time is 10 minutes then puts me into voice mail. I've left two messages and hung up other times since no one has called me back.
Their customer service is definitely lacking.
These are numbers I've called on my order sheet. One person did call me back and texted me he left the company but would pass my message on.

This was the most wonderful experience I have ever had with a company and their employee Eric Bennett he was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, answered every question and worked diligently to give me the best price within my budget. The best experience ever! The company has the absolute best warranty ever! Their lifetime warranty actually is lifetime and it transferable to new owners if you sale your home! I honestly can't say enough about Eric Bennett and Window Nation!

The finished product is great, but I would not hire them again.
Window Nation has very aggressive sales tactics. They quoted me 20,000 for a project that others quoted me 8k for. They will tell you something costs more than it should, and then if you push back they slowly reduce the cost. The contracts you get for the projects have a lot of fine print as well.
Love my window, but not a fan of how they do business.

The customer service was outstanding, and the products are of exceptional quality. All information was provided upfront, with complete transparency—there were no surprises or “gotcha” moments that often occur with in-home presentations. The installation team demonstrated great respect for my home, laying down tarps to protect the carpets and carefully minimizing any mess. They worked diligently without rushing, ensuring the job was completed correctly and to the highest standard. I had an excellent experience. The salesperson was great, pricing was fair. I received multiple emails about progress and ETA during manufacturing and the install was super fast (completed 16 windows in one day). I have noticed no issues with the quality of the install and I have already had the opportunity to see that my HVAC is running less. I would say maybe a 30-40% reduction in noise as well from my previous windows. I would definitely recommend the product as well as the Wake Forest team.

Love Window Nation! Did our upstairs windows followed by our downstairs windows about a year later. Sales crew was easy to work with and worked to meet me where I was at.
