“My name’s Michelle Jakubiak and I’m the East Zone Marketing Manager for ARS/Rescue Rooter. ARS/Rescue Rooter is a national HVAC and Plumbing company with 70+ locations nationwide and we provide more than 1 million homeowners per year with heating, cooling, and plumbing needs daily.”
“Number one, obviously, revenue growth. Number two, customer base growth. Our main goal is to help as many homeowners as we can, and the bulk of the Modernize leads are from new homeowners so we’ve definitely seen the increase in both revenue and our customer base.”
“When we first started working with Modernize, we saw it as any other marketing channel. But we quickly realized with the volume of leads they were able to drive to our zone every month, we knew we had never seen growth like this in other channels. It quickly became a big priority and I spoke with my Account Manager multiple times. We also had to communicate with our branches right away to be sure they were able to handle the volume that was coming in because there was quite a bit.”
“Above all is performance. From my personal standpoint, a lot comes down to the Account Manager. How in tune they are to our business, how urgent are they with our different requests, how quickly do they get back to us when we have requests, and our Account Manager, Gail, has been amazing. It’s kind of a win on both sides: It’s a win with the performance on the revenue and lead growth, but then we also have a win with our Account Manager. I couldn’t be happier!”
“For other businesses looking to grow, I definitely think Modernize is a great option. They definitely excel in lead generation, but within your business, you can drive leads all day long but operationally, how are you handling those leads from the time that the lead comes in to the time that revenue is generated? It’s not necessarily all about driving a lead, it’s about making sure that the lead turns into revenue.”
