I was very satisified with 360 Impact windows. Thier workers were fast and neat. John and Tedd were there when they started and came back to make sure everything was done correctly. I like my new windows.

We installed windows and doors, said it would take 12 weeks took 36 weeks.
After the initial payment they disappeared for months, promised to show up to finish and were always late. Unprofessional, sloppy "forgot" to install parts and lost pieces of the trim.
I ordered the trim directly from the factory and installed some of it myself.
Owner was very arrogant when confronted.

Anna in the office was accommodating updating me with the manufacturing process, scheduling. The installers, J & J, did a fantastic job removing the old door and installing the new one, taking care to clean up afterwards. Very friendly and easy to talk with.

Recently had all windows in my house replaced by 360Impact. Installers did an excellent job, were friendly, continualy asked if everything was up to my liking. I did follow around the progress during install, requested they replace a couple of the bunder boards after pulling the window, they were already on it with new wood. Windows were fabricated and assembled by Eastern Architectural Systems, their top of the line "Bertha" model with the glass manufactured by Cardinal Glass here in Florida. Love the windows, they look great and from the original single pane windows to the now double pane, Argon gas fill impact windows seeing a improvement in thermal efficiency and less running of the A/C system. I had four different contractors in for look over the job and provide quotes, 360 Impact was not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive so in my opinion at this time based on window quality, excellent installation it was money WELL spent.

I contacted 4 companies for the windiw replacement and work I wanted done. Jeremiah gave me every reason to do business with them while the other 3 companies gave me several reasons not to do business with them. Jeremiah set expectations that my wife and I were very comfortable with. Yavaney and his crew far exceeded our expectations at installation. Great Company, Great Staff, Great Product, Happy Satisfied Customer! Sounds like a perfect plan for success and getting more than what you expect.

I have purposely waited before I wrote this review. The main reason for waiting is I wanted to see if there was any follow-up post installation of doors, windows and siding. We did not plan on getting siding on our house. However, the one helper cut our siding so short that there was no fixing it and we did not want it pieced and to be honest it was original when the house was built 99. We had a plethora of issues, they did take care of them after many phone calls. The installer left some items a complete mess. I did speak to Chad several times and he assured me they would take care of it and they did. The time frame was crazy to get my doors and windows installed. When we signed the deal with them we were told 2 to 3 days to get our windows put in. It was actually 2 to 3 weeks. The doors went a little quicker, however, after all the installation of everything was done, the trim around the doors fell down. I did not call them to fix it as I was so frustrated with the length of time it took for everything, I just hired someone else to put it back up. That is no fault of theirs. I just felt like we were an inconvenience to them.

Purchased a new front door from 360 iMPACT and we're thrilled with how it looks! Thank you Jeramiah for the personal attention to our desires of matching our mahogany wood back door. It looks beautiful!!!

I was very pleased 360 Impact and the work they did. I got new storm windows and doors. It only took 2 days to have all my windows and doors replaced . I also did my lanai slider and bedroom door leading to the lanai. 360 Impact also replaced my front door and storm door. I would highly recommend them. They were professional and reliable. Whenever I had a question or concern they responded immediately. You will not be disappointed with 360 Impact!
