4Ever Remodeling

We finished our 2 bathroom remodel with 4Ever Remodeling and couldn’t be happier. There were issues that plagued our bathrooms and a remodel was the perfect time to take care of them. Every winter the pipes would freeze, our upstairs bathtub drain leaked, and there were water stains on our ceiling from the vents sweating in the summer. After a couple frigid days this winter I’m confident our frozen pipe issues are a thing of the past.

Our designer Agnes was great to work with. While our tastes didn’t always align, she did a good job making choices and presenting options that complemented the direction we wanted to go. Our project manager Damian was also nice and easy to work with. He was around almost every day that there was work being done and kept us up to date with the progress on the project. The contractors were great and did an amazing job transforming our bathrooms, and cleaning up when they were done. It was much easier to live in our house while the project was underway than I thought it would be.

As with any construction project, there were some bumps in the road; shipping delays, discontinued products, surprises behind the walls, little mistakes, and waiting on permits. This led to part of the construction needing to continue while we were out of the country. For the most part, that went smoothly. All of the little issues along the way were acknowledged and taken care of to our satisfaction. We’d gladly hire 4Ever Remodeling again should we ever need more remodeling work done.

4ever remodeling just finished my bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with either the process or the results. Although they were the most expensive of the quotes I received, they also were the only ones who actually listened to what I wanted and worked from that instead of what they thought I should do. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted and boy did they deliver. I also loved the design process with them, with full color 3-d renderings that helped me refine my vision and ensure I loved what I got.
Once the work began, 4ever communicated thoroughly and clearly what the timeline was, what trades would be there next, and how long to expect the work to take. My husband was a contractor for 30 years and he was quite impressed by their communication strategy via an app that kept all info easily accessed in one spot.
All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable process that resulted in a gorgeous work of art, made by true craftsmen who respected the property, communicated well, and left me completely delighted with the results. You get what you pay for!

SUMMARY: The 4Ever Remodeling team did an amazing job updating our 1960's bathroom! Generally, the 4Ever team was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, skilled, communicative, patient, prompt/reliable, neat, efficient, experienced, customer focused and organized. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND 4Ever!! That being said one aspect of working with 4Ever Remodeling was lacking -the design service. A big part of our choosing 4Ever was the design service included in signing with them. We looked forward to working with a designer to help us find the various finishes for our project. Someone who was going to walk us through picking all of our selections. In the end their designer was often not on the same page with us. We didn't feel listened too/ heard so most of the finishes we found on our own. This was a very disappointing part of the process. We would have included more specifics but Google reviews limits the number of lines one can enter.

Engaged 4Ever for our Chicago greystone kitchen and powder room remodel (and refinished existing floors). Existing kitchen was dated and challenging from a functional perspective. The team was professional and engaged. Craftsmanship was excellent and communication was great for a significant undertaking. Great suggestions from the trades while on-site that further enhanced the space. New space is far more functional and immaculate. Would recommend.

From the beginning, the design was very detailed and well organized. The team helped us plan everything clearly before construction started, which made the entire process stress-free. The custom shower, tile work, plumbing were all completed with attention to details. The lines match perfectly, the shower shelf is centered and the beach looks beautiful. Communication throughout the project was very good, and we always knew what to expect next. Manager keep us updated thru text massages and Builder trend application. We enjoy using. We recently finished our basement with 4Ever Remodeling in Bolingbrook, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The project included a brand-new bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace, full electrical and plumbing work, drywall, flooring, and painting. The company provided complete service — from interior design to project management — making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Shoutout to Klaudia, our interior designer, who did a phenomenal job designing our new basement. She was very helpful, creative, and guided us through every design decision with great attention to detail. Ragen, our sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and provided a clear, detailed scope of work with transparent pricing. Marek, our project manager, handled all the permits, inspections, and final touch-ups efficiently and professionally.

The installation team was fantastic — skilled, fast, and clean. Special thanks to Peter, the plumber, and Peter, the finishing carpenter, for their outstanding craftsmanship. Every part of the project was completed with care and precision.

We’re thrilled with the final result and highly recommend 4Ever Remodeling to anyone considering a basement finishing or remodeling project. We would definitely use them again for future work!

4Ever did an amazing job remodeling our old bathroom to accommodate the needs of my husband with Parkinson’s. The bathroom remodeling was the second project in our home; the first was an entire remodeling of our basement to an apartment. I recommend to everyone without reservation.

After interviewing 6 contractors I selected 4 Ever. I did not make a mistake. I am very impressed with their work and attitude.
My Salesman Joe S. presented a full outline of the work, estimates, references, all the things you would have to drag out of anyone. No pressure, just let us know when you’re ready.
You get a designer for your project and I was assigned Aga. I thought I had all the design work done but she brought across very good points which did change my mind. I went with her suggestions and they came out better than I had planned. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She designs the whole project so you can see the finished view on the screen before a nail is pulled.
Greg was assigned to the work portion, and I can’t say enough praise about him. He showed me as he went along the small details that really make a craftsman. He was on time, cleaned up daily and really paid attention to the smallest details. Jacek, the PM, would stop by and enter daily information and photo’s into the app Buildertrend. He kept on top to keep things moving. Communication, selection of materials, and progress are all in one place. This eliminates a ton of confusion and records in real time what is happening and what materials were picked by you.
When the job was completed, Jacek informed me his boss, Damian did not like a small mistake that was made. He wanted it corrected. I was impressed that the owner took responsibility for quality of the business. If you’re reading this, you are probably looking for a good company. This is it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
