I had a major plumbing problem that I had been getting outrageous price quotes. I found them online and called. They were out the next day. Steven was a big help. He was professional, courteous and pleasant. If I could choose him to Remy personal plumber I would. Yout company has a real jewel of an employee, you better keep him around!

De Anthony came out to service my HVAC unit and did an outstanding job. He was professional from the moment he arrived and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, clarity, and genuine customer care, but he absolutely delivered. Highly recommend his service.

The technician Jason O. was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions regarding our A/C unit and the recommendations that he had.

Jason informed me of a new service that A-Star was offering that consisted of a Home Warranty for the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical and emailed me the information per my request.

We were having probs w/our thermostat. It was recommended that we replace it and have the vents & ducts cleaned and sealed. It was a service that we had planned on having done but had not researched it.
The price was higher than we were expecting but figured it needed to be done and we trusted A-Star to offer a good price and do a good job of it. The 3 man crew arrived promptly and wasted no time setting up and getting the job done...it took over 5hrs of constant cleaning! An even brighter side to all this is that our 4 dogs had to stay outside in back through most of this but the crew were dog lovers and spent time playing and talking to them as the dogs came in to check them out!

Edgar C and his team did a great job. They were so careful with everything and explained everything to me. I would definitely call them again for any issues and would recommend them to anyone who’s having any issues. I’m so happy with my new AC unit and am amazed at how fast they came out to install it. Don’t hesitate to contact them in the future.

Edgar has been very polite and professional with his job. He did his best in explaining what he was doing. He made sure that I am satisfied with what they did before left the house and advice me to call the office anytime just in case I have a question or any concern with the job.

Last night I had a major leak from our water heater boiler, and I can't say enough good things about Roger who came came out to fix it! He was amazing! Incredibly efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the leak, but he also provided us with the best solutions and options for repair, which made the whole process much easier.

Additionally, Roger referred us to a company that could dry our hardwood floors, which was a huge help!

I also want to give a shout-out to Jacqueline, who was fantastic in setting up our appointment. She answered my call immediately, even during a busy time, and made sure everything went smoothly.

I had a garbage disposal issue that caused leaking and needed to get it fixed fast but it was the day before Thanksgiving. Alannah was sweet and got me set right up for Friday. The guys came out, Josiah and Luis and took care of it quickly. They were really clean and very nice.

I had a wonderful experience from referral to repair/ install day. I was referred by my neighbor Jason. I called and had an appointment for a free estimate on a Saturday. An employee Jason came and provided the estimate with several options. He also provided clear pictures of the problem. When we made our decision that we would proceed with the service I called during the week of thanks giving. I didn’t think we would get work down until after the holiday. The work was done the Wednesday before by Uriel(Jose) and Edgar. They were great technicians. They were able to answer our questions in English and Spanish. They provided excellent customer service and great work. They cleaned up behind themselves and placed anything back they had to move.

Justin J. Holland provided top tier customer service. My service call was to inspect the HVAC unit. Mr Holland was thorough in inspecting both the inside and outside units. He explained in detail the current state and discussed the three options to get the system in working order. We chose the total system upgrade, as the best option for us. Mr Holland was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends as he represents the company well. Thanks AStar!
