I had a garbage disposal issue that caused leaking and needed to get it fixed fast but it was the day before Thanksgiving. Alannah was sweet and got me set right up for Friday. The guys came out, Josiah and Luis and took care of it quickly. They were really clean and very nice.

I had a wonderful experience from referral to repair/ install day. I was referred by my neighbor Jason. I called and had an appointment for a free estimate on a Saturday. An employee Jason came and provided the estimate with several options. He also provided clear pictures of the problem. When we made our decision that we would proceed with the service I called during the week of thanks giving. I didn’t think we would get work down until after the holiday. The work was done the Wednesday before by Uriel(Jose) and Edgar. They were great technicians. They were able to answer our questions in English and Spanish. They provided excellent customer service and great work. They cleaned up behind themselves and placed anything back they had to move.

Justin J. Holland provided top tier customer service. My service call was to inspect the HVAC unit. Mr Holland was thorough in inspecting both the inside and outside units. He explained in detail the current state and discussed the three options to get the system in working order. We chose the total system upgrade, as the best option for us. Mr Holland was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends as he represents the company well. Thanks AStar!

A Star did a fantastic job resolving our issues. Juan and his team were awesome! They were extremely polite, cleaned up after the job, and made sure the job was complete and functioning well before they left for the day. I highly recommend them for a job well done! I had a service call on a system that is 3 years old. The drain lines were clogged.

Jonathan was nothing short of amazing—truly heaven sent! He went above and beyond with finding a resolution to our extremely unique and complicated electric situation involving three townhomes and one crackling 3 socket meter base. He helped me step by step, was very thorough, and had the utmost patience with providing an in depth explanation again and again to all three parties involved at our townhomes. Astar electrician Jonathan arrived on the scene and he immediately made our problems his. His exact words were “ I am not leaving here until we have answers and an exact timeframe for a resolution” and he did just that even after 5 hours he stayed true to his word. Before I had called 5 other electricians out and Astar was the only company that was able to provide a timely and reasonable solution for our unfortunate electric situation. The other companies either could not locate the rare part or just flat out told me they would not be able to service our townhome situation at all. Before Astar came out my entire experience was exhausting, defeating and it seemed as though we would never find an affordable solution. AStar was able to expedite our rare service part and offer us a solution for over $5,000 less than what we were previously quoted from a competing electric company. I am super happy and grateful that I chose to call Astar and would recommend them to all my family and friends without hesitation!

Excellent customer service! I was kindly assisted by Latoya who was able to schedule a last minute appointment quickly. Sean and Daniel arrived promptly, they were able to inspect our system and provide options for long term solutions. They were very thorough when explaining the processes. Great work all around!

Thank you, Astar! Despite it being a holiday weekend, they were here to install a new HVAC system in our home. The team was great from the begining with first of all getting us a great deal, but then with the install they had a great attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect! I'm LOVING how well it's keeping our home at the desired temperature now!
