Very happy with my service. Patrick my technician was very personable and knowledgeable and worked with my description to figure out an issue i was having with water temperature. He didn’t just go for the most expensive solution first and it turned out to be an inexpensive fix. Also like the pictures you get of the work. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with A1 Sewer and Drain. They came out quickly to troubleshoot an issue with my waterline, and their technician Pat was both professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and walked me through the next steps without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Pat was respectful of my property and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done. It’s hard to find reliable and honest service these days, but A1 Sewer and Drain delivered. I highly recommend them for anyone dealing with plumbing or waterline issues!

We contacted A1 after business hours utilizing their website requesting an appointment (non-emergency). The office called within minutes of submitting our request to schedule a technician to come out to address our concerns. Technician Pat Burns was assigned to the job. Pat was punctual, ahead of schedule, and accommodating to our already busy schedule. He was very thorough and informative in explaining what was wrong and how he could fix our issues. As a novice to plumbing, the pictures he took and explanation provided was useful. We greatly appreciated his professional recommendations for the future! Thank you, Pat Burns! Quick response time. Jordon H. came out and evaluated the gas water heater and gave price for replacement. Rob C. installed a new Bradford White water heater the next day. Excellent service all around. Very pleased with the work and would recommend.

A1Sewer & Drain is my one and only call for all plumbing needs in my home. I am a repeat customer because of the quick response time, ease and availability of appointments and expert level of service I receive when I call. On this most recent service call, our technician ,Mike, arrived early and was professional and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. He thanked us for our military service and graciously applied a discount to help reduce our out of pocket expenses for the repairs. We are very satisfied with Mike’s work and very appreciative that A1 was able to service us on such short notice.

We had the recent misfortune of having our main line break after the recent snow storm. Pat came out right on time and gave us the estimate. We don't have a choice but to get it fixed. As there is water just bubbling up through our grass and driveway and sidewalk. It's probably the most expensive plumbing repair that there is but Pat made me feel at ease and even though I just felt like crying he was able to keep my spirits up. They've done work for us before (we have quest pipe unfortunately) and at that time they were also extremely professional, courteous and had the best price. I didn't even feel the need to call another company to get another estimate. I trust them and that's who we will always use in the future. Since the actual repair hasn't been done yet I will update the review if something goes awry.

Update: Braxton is the most kind contractors that I have ever met in my life. I've always had good communication with A1 and everyone that they've ever sent out has gone above and beyond what I expected. I'm extremely satisfied even though we are waiting for the reclamation the driveway and yard out front.

Ray arrived as scheduled, very professional and friendly. He pulled out a sink, put in a sink cabinet and replaced 2 faucets that look amazing! Highly recommend this company, and Ray in particular
