In 1987, Jimmy Depetris started A1 Sewer and Drain in Hampton Roads. Very happy with my service. Patrick my technician was very personable and knowledgeable and worked with my description to figure out an issue i was having with water temperature. He didn’t just go for the most expensive solution first and it turned out to be an inexpensive fix. Also like the pictures you get of the work. Highly recommend!

He took the time to explain the situation clearly and walked me through the next steps without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The entire staff involved from beginning to end made the process stress Free. Mike Hannan, was perfect, from start to finish. I explained the nightmare that I encountered with the prior contractors, and he assured me that I could relax and that I would not be disappointed in his workmanship and his level of experience….Thank you Mike Hannan you did a superb job installing my Shower System for my newly constructed shower. From reception with Candace, to Estimates with Michele and CJ, the entire team worked cohesively keeping in touch with me to ensure my needs were met. A1 Sewer & Drain will always be my go to for my plumbing needs. I used A1 years ago, twice this week, this time sealed it for me again, No need to shop around.

We contacted A1 after business hours utilizing their website requesting an appointment (non-emergency). The office called within minutes of submitting our request to schedule a technician to come out to address our concerns. Technician Pat Burns was assigned to the job. Pat was punctual, ahead of schedule, and accommodating to our already busy schedule. He was very thorough and informative in explaining what was wrong and how he could fix our issues.
