I had a major issue with my home's main water shutoff valve, leaving my water completely off. I called A1 Sewer & Drain, and Patrick Glenn came out to help.
From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Patrick took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. He carefully evaluated the situation, recommended the best long-term solution, and replaced my failed gate valve with a much more reliable ball valve. His workmanship was excellent, and he had my water restored much faster than I expected.

What impressed me most was Patrick's honesty, patience, and willingness to educate me throughout the process. It's not often you find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely enjoys helping people.

What an amazing experience I just had. Called yesterday for someone to come out and give a quote. My appointment was 12-1. I got a call at 8:40 asking if it was okay if they came earlier. I said of course. The technician was so nice and showed me exactly what was happening with my water heater and why it needed to be replaced. Got the quote and was able to install it today! I will be telling everyone about how great this experience was and to only use them.

It was great working with Adam Cronk. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained steps he performed to check & repair shower mechanism. He took time to answer my many questions, I like to understand how things work for future reference. I have an older home and Adam made a couple trips for parts he needed. He didn't leave until repairs were complete and shower worked as expected. My alloted time ran a little longer than expected but I appreciate Adam taking time to do the repairs correctly. I've scheduled appointments with A1 Sewer & Drain in the past and each time been pleased with both the technician sent and work performed. I would definitely call again if a need arise.

Willie did an outstanding job of explaining what the issue was and also repairing it. He also let me know about another issue that I wasn’t aware of and took care of that as well. James did amazing! Definitely recommend him and this company — only thing I didn’t love was that I had to pay for an hour and a half for him to go get a part ($325) and drive back to my house. It took him about 15 minutes tops to fix the drain and I wish it was more cost efficient. I had to send a picture beforehand and wish they would have brought the part the first time. But all in all would recommend James!!

A+ experience with JaJuan. I requested an appointment Monday - A1 had Tuesday afternoon availability 1-5pm. JaJuan called and said he was available earlier than anticipated and arrived 90mins earlier than the time window was scheduled to begin. He was professional, courteous, informative, and completed the service we requested and also provided additional information on how to avoid the issue again in the future. Friendly, prompt, professional. Thankful for JaJuan’s work and fixing the issue quickly.

Greg, the Plumber was here for an hour, if that, and found the problem and offered a diagnosis quickly. Since the problem appears to be the water meter and it makes sense, I feel confident Greg save me a small fortune, but I am still humming "Sweet Caroline" since he and his wife saw it the night before and he was humming it! Seriously a great company with great people!
