We had AAPCO install a new door and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the door itself and the workmanship during the installation. They did an excellent job communicating the timeline and all the workers were extremely respectful and knowledgeable.

We recently had AAPCO replace our windows, siding, gutters, and a side entry door. Everyone we interacted with were friendly, professional and customer focused. We both work from home, so they were extremely thoughtful of making us aware of when they would need to be in our work space to complete their work.
They were for the most part clean. There was some stray caulk left behind that we were able to easily clean up. And unfortunately during the replacement of our kitchen window a small piece of metal fell into our garbage disposal, unbeknownst to anyone until we ran it later in the evening. While this was frustrating, AAPCO handled it exactly how you’d hope a company would. They were apologetic, extremely customer-focused, and quickly had someone out to replace the unit.
Mistakes can happen on any project, but what stood out was how seriously they took the situation and how promptly they made it right. Based on the quality of work and their responsiveness, we would recommend AAPCO and would consider using them again in the future.

I recently had my entire roof and soffits made brand new (fully replaced everything) and am so happy with the improvements to my home. It turned out that the repairs made to my roof before were done by companies without the expertise of this company. The old roof was a bunch of products that were in very bad condition. This new roof is such an improvement to the home and my health; knowing I have brand new plywood and shingles etc. I never thought much about the importance of having new products over my head. The old roof and soffits showed water damage and other deterioration. I had very little insulation to keep my utility bills lower. This should allow me some breaks on utility costs as well. My old roof had been around a while and showed signs of water damage, etc. From the highly experienced and knowledgeable sales person (Paul), to the owner Jim Harless, I received nothing but quick responses to my many questions. Lauren made sure that the replacement times were convenient with my schedule and also was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this company highly. It is the product that is important but what is super appreciated is the positive experience of the people at AAPCO that made this experience a super pleasing one.

I usually don't like to write reviews, unless I'm really happy or really angry. In this case I am really, really happy with the way our deck turned out. They took my suggestions and they made it work, when other contractors said it won't work because of this or that. Well, AAPCO took my plan and made a draft with the specs and it turned out beautifully. The quality and professionalism was A+. We will be calling you again when we need your services, thanks AAPCO.

I had a tub converted to a shower. Mel and Chris did an excellent job. They installed new plumbing, walls and showers doors. They very very professional and friendly at the same time. I highly recommend them!
Also, Andre the salesman was very thorough and did not pressure me. Exceptional service

The young men that installed my gutters were very professional and stopped to answer my questions! They added a few little things that was not really part of the job! I know it was because they knew I was elderly and on a limited income! They made sure that my yard was left clean and what a difference my house looked afterwards! The few things I was concerned about was corrected the same day!

AAPCO was extremely professional and provided quality work at all times. From the initial consultation, (which was informational and not pushy) to final installation, we didn't have to worry about one thing. It was all taken care of. Both sets of doors they installed for us —a front entry door and a sliding patio door — went in perfectly. The carpentry looked amazing inside and out, with no mess and the quality of the products are outstanding. If you need doors installed, I can 100% vouch for the quality of their work. On top of that, I had received several bids for the work, and they were the most reasonable for what we received. The front office staff stayed on top of everything and were always helpful when calling in to ask a question. Thank you, AAPCO.

Loved working with Aapco, the crew was amazing to work with, our deck looks amazing around our pool. They removed all the old pickets around my decks (front and back) and replaced them with new vinyl railings and post. Lauren was awesome at keeping me updated on everything as the project was going along. I will definitely be using them again on future projects as we continue to update our home.

I really appreciate the time Tracie took with me and my family. They explained the total process and we were very satisfied with the product and the company. The Installers Mel and Chris were awesome. It was like working with family.

Great service by Manda! I didn’t go with this company because of timing. But I wanted to express how helpful she was in the process of us looking to get a window replaced and how easy it was to talk to her. Will definitely recommend.
