Had everything in line to do install and took 5 weeks for them to start. Called on a weekly basis and all I got was excuses. I was a cash sale customer which they said it shouldn't take more than a "couple" weeks to get it done. Oh and best part is they don't stand behind their work. Junk company junk install and junk product. Install crew were very unprofessional. Apparently profanity is a must to be an installer.
My recommendation is to use a different company.

Corbin and Aiden were a great crew. Corbin went over what they were going to accomplish and asked if I had questions and went work. They completed the job in less than four hours and Corbin went over with me all the work completed making sure all expectations were met. They were. When done they cleaned up everything. We are satisfied customers.

While the overall quality of work is commendable, there may be opportunities for enhancement in the scheduling process and communication. It appears that there is room for improvement in responsiveness to telephone calls, messages, and emails. Additionally, aligning customer service priorities more closely with the needs of the customers would be beneficial.
