Accent Roofing has been exceptional in communication, service, quality, efficiency, and clarity. Not only did their inspection representative, Nick, explain all their services and quality of material/service, he came in and out of our home in less than 30 minutes. No further sales, no pressure and just to the point.

Michelle, Ashley and Kate, who had taken all of my calls, were very helpful and kind. They communicated quickly and efficiently. They double checked every piece of information for and with me.

Harley, our Project Manager, was quick to communicate with us all updates of our roofing installment. He had made sure all pictures, before and after, were sent to me. The installments were finished in 1 day. We are extremely satisfied with the price, quality of work, and qualities of each employee. I do not know the entire crew's names, but they deserve a huge shout out for their quality work. We 100% suggest their services.

From start to finish the experience was amazing! Setting up the appointment was easy and simple. The communication amongst the team was exceptional ! Maurice was a great friendly face to get the experience going and answering any questions my mom had. Michelle was awesome keeping us in the loop with scheduling and connecting us to whomever. The day of the installation, Jorge Carapia was a great person to have on site making sure we were up to date with each step of the process. Super friendly and easy to communicate with! Shout out to Jess, she came out and snapped some pics. Super friendly and really quick. Lastly, Laura handling our finances with ease and care was the cherry on top!!!!

I recently had my home roof and shed roof replaced by Accent Roofing Service. From the initial contact, to the free estimate by Tony Labandero to the install with Osman Lopez and the crew was seamless and professional. Tony did a thorough inspection of my existing roof through drone photos allowing him to give me an accurate quote. Osman came with his crew on the day of install and answered every question I had. He also provided explanations of all the steps of the installation as it took place and drone photos. The crew made sure everything was cleaned up when installation was completed. A great big THANK YOU to both Tony, Osman and the crew. The roof on both home and shed is beautiful! I highly recommend Accent Roofing.

We had wind open a hole in our roof & Noah from Accent Roofing came and applied a temporary patch to prevent rains & critters from entering until the permanent repair can be done. He came and was done quickly and efficiently. He is a very personable person. Very pleased with Accent Roofing thus far.see photos of before & after.

I just have to say, the experience I had with Accent is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things. They were professional from day one. My daughter recommended them after she had them come out for a roof issue and they said that her roof was in good condition and just needed a repair, not full replacement so right from the get-go, I was confident that they weren’t out to just try and sell me a roof replacement. Our house was for sale in the inspection found the roof to be an issue. We were very limited on how much time we could take to get this issue repaired since the closing was fast approaching. Accent came right out and gave me the option of repair or replacement, but showed me why replacement was necessary. Not pushy, not demanding, just facts. Once I contracted with them, they worked hard to get the insurance involved and show them all the points that were necessary to have this covered under insurance legitimately . It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. The communication was outstanding from start to finish. Their project manager was on top of everything, and when the day of the roof replacement came, I got pictures of the roof via their drone, showing tear off, underlayment, and full replacement throughout the day. Communication couldn’t have been better. We were selling this house and they quickly gave us all the documents we needed to make sure the closing happened on time. I will highly recommend them to whoever needs a roof as they are so professional, and so on top of communicating with the customer that it gives faith in me in businesses that cater to the public.

I had an excellent experience with Accent Roofing from start to finish. Tom Rees, the roofing specialist, was extremely informative and professional. He clearly explained all of my options for repairing or replacing the roof without any high‑pressure sales tactics, which I really appreciated.

George, the on‑site supervisor, was both professional and courteous throughout the entire project. He kept in touch all day, sent photos of the progress, and explained each step so I always knew where things stood.

Accent Roofing as a company also communicated often and very well. Every interaction—from scheduling to updates to follow‑up—was handled with professionalism and courtesy.

I had an excellent experience working with this company that did an inspection and full roof replacement for our entire 20-home community. Daniel was my first point of contact and was outstanding from the very beginning. He provided clear and detailed explanations of the roofing products and warranties, completed thorough roof inspections, and shared extensive photos showing the damage. He also helped me understand the insurance claim and worked within our budget to provide realistic, well-explained estimates.

Once the project started, communication was just as impressive. Osman served as the on-site project lead and kept everyone informed every step of the way. He sent regular photo updates showing progress at major stages of the job and made sure homeowners knew when their individual roofs would be worked on. The crew was professional, respectful, and made a point to clean up at the end of each day.

Replacing 20 roofs is a big project, and they completed everything in just five days with great organization and attention to detail. I truly appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and quality of work from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

From getting an estimate to the finished repair, my experience with Accent Roofing was top notch. On the day of service, Amanda called to let me know the crew would arrive earlier than estimated. When Ben arrived, he explained what he would be going and asked if I had any questions. He and the crew got started right away fixing two vent pipe boots that were leaking. His team was friendly and efficient. Once the repairs were complete, Ben showed me before, during, and after pics of the work completed. Not a scrap of shingle, tar paper, nail, or other debris was left behind. I highly recommend Accent Roofing. There is a reason why they have so many good reviews. It's because they are professionals who care about their customers, and they do quality work.

My wife found Accent Roofing and we had two other roofing companies perform quotes, and while their price was a little higher the warranty is what made the overall decision for us.

They showed up as scheduled, cleaned up as promised and then explained the warranty to us. Daniel Magdziarz (Sales) came out to start the process of getting us a quote, Jessica (Site Coordinator) came out to review our home prior to the work commencing, and Ashley (Scheduling) then called to schedule us sooner than we had thought possible. On the morning of the job, a trailer was dropped off for all waste from the project and then Josh Johnson (PM) kept us informed of how the project was going and when he thought they would be completed. Through out the process Josh would run a drone to capture live pictures of our roof transformation, that he shared with us.

The project was completed ahead of schedule, and the final cleanup does appear to be very thorough and no apparent debris was left over.
