I had a great experience with Aeris Heating and Air Conditioning. My A/C stopped working and they were able to come out on very short notice. Their team quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my 20yr old condenser unit the same day. Within hours we had cold air again.

The technicians were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The workmanship was excellent and they took the time to make sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.

It’s hard to find companies that respond this quickly and deliver quality work, but Aeris really exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable HVAC service.

Aeris was contracted in September 2023 to replace my HVAC system. Overall, the quality of their work was substandard; specifically, existing registrars were not properly closed, and new registrars were inadequately sealed. I had to personally address these deficiencies. A significant issue arose in December while I was away. As part of the installation, the HVAC condenser unit was relocated from its original position to a less visible area off the road. The new base for this unit was improperly sealed. Upon my return, I discovered extensive water damage throughout the property due to a roof leak, which resulted in damaged laminate flooring and a non-functional ceiling fan. When I contacted the company, they performed a temporary patch on the roof. Currently, in 2025, the leak has recurred. I have been unable to reach anyone at the company by telephone. I find the company's performance to be extremely unsatisfactory. Prospective customers seeking reliable service should avoid engaging with this contractor to avoid constant worries regarding their shoddy workmanship.

They claim their company is closed. It's still active on Secretary of Sytate's website (ID 4034910). They promised 10 years labor warranty just to get the sale done. Owner's name is Arian Ghobain. Beware!

I wish I had found you earlier. My furnace & air were installed by a company who came recommended. "I wish I never used them" The previous company & another were giving me a run around not answering calls. Anyway I found Aeris through Google search. Man the moment I called I spoke with Natalie. An angel sent from heaven. She listened to the situation I had. My mother is residing with me elderly. I was in desperate need of heath for night. She went above & beyond to send Paulino to diagnose the problem same day. Since I had to be on the field next day. He immediately saw the previous company had intentionally shut off the gas so we get desperate and call them back. We spoke with Marvin on face time. He explained what I needed & what they were going to do by the book. This guys a A+ PROS. They made me feel at relaxed. They did not even try to intimidate like everyone else does. They take care of you like your family. Believe me when I say you got a client for life. I'm getting goose bumps remembering how well I felt. Because that's the way I work with my client's. By the way folks pricing is very fair.

Aeris company employees were extremely accurate and very accommodating. They were on time to remove and install my package unit and it works really well. Everything went as planned and on schedule. Arian was real great at explaining everything and very resourceful. It was a real pleasure working with Aeris Heating and Air-conditioning. Thank you for everything!

We chose Aeris to replace our heating and air conditioning and thermostat. Their quote was the best one we got: great price, great product, the very best warranty of any of the six quotes we got and no attempt to upsell. The rep I met with arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, totally understood that I was getting multiple quotes and did not hassle me at all about it.

The installation went smoothly, was professional, fast and efficient. The system did have a glitch 8 months after installation but Aeris showed up promptly and fixed it with no fuss whatsoever.

In addition, we’ve now had the system serviced (regular schedule maintenance, no problems at all) multiple times and the technicians are on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and politely answer all my questions.

Every employee I have interacted with was polite and professional.

Aeris was the first company who gave me a quote, respecting my need for an economical option for my rental house. My renters were stuck in 90+ degree heat and Aeris was prompt, friendly, super informative and clear about lead time. I needed a new furnace and a/c condenser so it was a financial hit I hadn’t planned. I felt the need to compare quotes with my home warranty company option since it advertised extreme savings over going outside. I got quotes from 4 other companies, some apples to apples and some that selected much more pricey & larger systems than my house required. Those quotes took me a week to get only to head right back to Aeris. The best pricing with the most detailed explanation of what I needed, why I needed it - that I DID have options that were higher end but that they could still guarantee a quality install on the most economical system - and how quickly they could install — which was FAST. I felt grateful working with a company/techs/customer service that was so attentive and helpful all along the way.

We had Marvin come out today to service and repair air conditioning unit at my disabled vet fathers home. What a nice man he is. Very knowledgeable. And took the time to explain the problem and the fix. I was hestitate in calling the company as outside my area. And more expensive than ones in my area.. However having someone knowledgeable and able to repair the problem was worth the extra money . In the end he gave us military discount and then some.. so we were pleased.. The receptionist Theresa was friendly and helpful. The only mistake is i should of scheduled my air conditioning at my home for service i was 5 min away..I gave them 5 stars as they deserve it. And we will use them again. I recommend Aeris inc!

Our experience with Aeris Heating and Air conditioning was great. We had to replace our old air handler, which is a big and costly job. After several estimates we choose Aeris thanks to Marvin who came out and explained all our choices and helped us to pick the best system for a best price as well. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. His team who came out to install the system were professional, efficient and cleaned up after the job was finished. The whole experience was so good that I would gladly recommend Aeris to my friends and family.

Amazing customer service and workmanship! From the moment I called, I was fortunate enough to speak with the owner Arian. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent an hour over the phone with me going over my system and my requirements. The next day he sent out his technician to come take a look, and we signed a contract right away! A week later our install was scheduled and the crew was so quick, professional, and efficient. This has been the best experience I have ever had with any contractor, and I will be recommending Arian and his company to everybody I know!
