Gabriel was so helpful and polite. Our system is not installed yet, but I have every confidence that we will be happy with the end result. Gabriel has walked us through every step, patiently answered questions and provided all the information we've needed to make decisions regarding our HVAC system. He is the epitome of customer service. Thank you Affordable Heating and Air for having such an amazing employee!

Affordable Heating and Air were quick to respond, communicative, and easy to work with. They resolved an issue with our heating unit very quickly (even during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend), and were able to get the needed part under the manufacturer warranty. Their technician, Juan, was very friendly and did a fantastic job with the labor involved, and also resolved another issue related to the gas intake which was causing a strange noise.

I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating or AC service.

The installation of my HVAC system went well, but follow-up wasn't very good. I paid what I thought was a bit too high a price, $11,000 for an 800-square-foot home, but I can live with that. After the installation, which included having an installer crawl around under my house, I had two new problems: a dead animal smell coming out from under the house, and the water coming out from my kitchen faucet had been reduced to a trickle. I had the company send someone out, but had to pay for a service call. The service call was not helpful at all. The technician reported that it seemed like a "plumbing smell," and as far as the trickle coming out of the kitchen faucet, he gave me some line of unhelpful nonsense about how I'd have to basically become a plumber and deal with it myself. I am still living with the faucet problem — I'll attach a photo showing the water coming out at FULL STRENGTH. As far as the dead animal smell, of course that's exactly what it was, not a "plumbing smell." It was a big dead cat that, maybe just by coincidence, appeared under my house just after the installers were working there. I'll also try to attach a picture of the dead cat, but I had to pay to have someone else come out to find and remove the cat. So I keep shelling out extra money after the installation, and I still don't have my kitchen back working the way it was before.

These guys are awesome! Informative, fair pricing, very transparent. The owner was so kind in working with me on making sure I was able to get the needed repairs, in order to keep my family warm and cold 😊 The tech Edward handled my service visit and he was was so wonderful today! I got a true education in what needed to be done with my AC unit and what had been done wrong, without any shaming 😂 Thank you so much!!! I'd recommend these guys to anyone I know-especially Edward, what a gem!!! Very rare to have that level of customer service in this day and age. Also locally owned, with local employees, which I'm grateful for. Thanks guys!!!!

I rarely ever write reviews but this one I really have to. Edward Martinez the technician from Affordable Heating and Air was amazing! He came out to finish the installation of my new AC unit after the other technicians was unable to (the other 2 technicians were good too.) Even though it was late into the night and he was not scheduled to come out, Edward still wanted to come by and resolved things for us and stayed beyond his working hours all the while working with a smile. He skipped dinner just to help us. He never rushed any of the process and informed us step by step about what was happening and why it was happening. Now a days it's really hard to find a young man with Edward's work ethics and discipline. I truly mean this. I felt his sincerity in wanting to give us the best possible service with no BS. He's very knowledgeable, courteous and polite and I'm grateful to have found someone like him whom I can trust. Affordable Heating and Air did a great job having someone like Edward on their team. Next time when I need maintenance done I will definitely reach out to Edward for sure!

After being told by two technicians from another company that my old furnace MUST be replaced (at a cost of $10,000+) because it had dangerous cracks, the motor was dead, the electrical panel needed to be replaced, and so on...... Jeremy Russel from Affordable HVAC came to the house and told me the following: You don't have a crack; the electrical panel is okay, but I can get the unit running again by replacing four items, but you need to know that this is a "Band-Aid". I can also tell you that this will be a "safe" repair. There is nothing here today that suggests a leak of gas or carbon dioxide. He went on: "This furnace is 35 years old (I knew that), and you will ultimately have to replace the entire furnace", but thought the repair he proposed could keep the furnace working for anywhere from a few months to a couple of years. Jeremy told me that he could not guarantee how long his repair would work, but his bid included a return visit after making the repair to make whatever adjustments are necessary. I'm awaiting a formal bid, which will come in a couple of days, but I've decided to buy the Band-Aid, in part because it would be less painful for me to purchase the new furnace after the first of the year, and partly because this guy was remarkably honest. I'm sorry for the length of this review, but I thought that Jeremy's story (and the Affordable HVAC story deserve to be told). When I told this story to my wife, she was not surprised. "It's a woman-owned business, right? That's why you were treated that way. Well..................

Benji was courteous, professional, and respectful of my property. He wore booties and even vacuumed the area after finishing his work. Jeremiah installed the AC unit and did an excellent job—he was polite, kept everything clean, and explained everything clearly and concisely. The cost was as expected, and financing options eased many of my concerns. Mary, the dispatcher, was also a pleasure to speak with. I’m truly grateful to have found Affordable Heating and Air. I am editing this 1 star review after the Affordable team stepped up. The technician came right out after I spoke with a manager. He couldn't find the exact issue but felt like what he adjusted would keep the unit from leaking again. After testing the unit for a week to confirm no additional leakage, they sent out someone to repaint the drywall. Kelli from Affordable checked in on us multiple times and made sure all was working up to our expectations and confirming there weren't any additional issues.

We have had nothing but problems since the installation of our new a/c unit (condenser) and heater (furnace). They installed both the new a/c and furnace on the same day and checked the a/c quickly but not the heater. We turned on the heater to see if it was working and within 5 minutes it was so loud upstairs it sounded like a truck was idling outside. I went outside to find the installer so he could come in and hear it but he had already left!
Trying to get someone out to look at it was a complete hassle (multiple phone calls) and they said I should be prepared to pay a service visit cost. Mind you - it had JUST been installed! The correct person finally came out and was supposed to be ordering a new part that would come in last week but we still haven't heard from anyone over there.
Today is a hot day so we turned on the a/c and ran it for the first day since it was installed. We came home at 4:30pm to find that all the smoke alarms were going off in the house with zero smoke inside. As my husband started taking each smoke alarm down to try to figure out what was going on. As he took off the one in the upstairs hallway (which is directly below the new unit that was installed in the attic) water came gushing out of the smoke alarm hole and there are wet spots in the ceiling. You have GOT to be kidding me. I called them immediately and was told I'd be getting a call back this evening. Well, it's 6:51pm and still no call or text or anything. I really don't think they care.
This is some of the worst work we've ever had done and definitely not the customer experience I was expecting after reading all of these reviews.

Excellent Company! From sales and getting an estimate. Super friendly and quick. The service team installing it. They were patient and quick to adapt when things needed to be changed. Very friendly and worked fast! Can’t recommend this place enough!!
