Based on positive reviews, I decided to give Affordable Heat & Air a call. My AC had stopped coming on. Eugene arrived on time. He is professional and friendly. I appreciated that he explained the process well and wasn't annoyed by all my questions! He successfully got to the root of the problem and the repair was completed in a very timely manner, even considering he had to go and track down the necessary part. I feel the cost of repair was very reasonable. My entire experience with this company was very good. I will absolutely call them for any future heat & air related issues.

This company was excellent . Professional, knowledgeable and Courteus. Installation of A/C unit was timely and flawless. The technicians Rogelio & Rigo were very knowledgeable and attentive and even helped out with setting up our Google Thermostat. These two guys were great which shows the great company they work for. A/C is running exceptionally well!

I had an airflow issue with my AC—the blower kept turning on and off. Michael Santamaria diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. While inspecting the system, he immediately identified three additional minor issues, even though I didn’t ask, such as one of the ducts not being properly installed by my home builder. He fixed the issues on the spot and took the time to explain everything in detail.

Throughout the visit, Mike was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. I also asked him several questions about replacing my AC system, and he carefully explained all of my options, the pros and cons, the rebate program, and what would best fit my home. His professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence, and I decided to move forward with replacing my AC unit.

Mike told me that the company’s installation team will be coming to replace my new AC system. He also said that he will personally check the installation from start to finish to make sure it is done properly. Based on my experience with him, I have high expectations for the installation team as well. If the installation goes as smoothly and professionally as Mike’s service, I’ll be happy to come back and update this review.

I especially appreciated how all the Affordable Heating and Air staff with whom I communicated were responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, direct and easy to work with. In addition, they were accountable and consistent with one another, which indicates what a trustworthy and excellent team they are.
The process of exchanging information and arranging a free estimate for a deep cleaning for 2 mini split indoor units went completely smoothly. The following day, our technician Jeremy called to let us know his arrival time. He was prompt, considerate, competent, efficient and informative. We felt both appreciative and comfortable with his presence and the quality of his work.
As it turned out, the property owner ended up making another arrangement using ChatGBT, so the details below reflect the work we would have had done. Based on my interactions with Affordable Heating and Air, I fully recommend this company and if/when an opportunity arises in the future, will certainly choose them.

My technician, Craig Smith, was equally impressive. He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and completed the work efficiently without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right, and it really showed.

We just purchased and had installed a Carrier Heat Pump from Affordable Heating and Air. Our air conditioner stopped working totally. We changed from a gas furnace/electric air conditioner to the Carrier Electric Heat Pump.
The Senior Advisor, Allen B was so helpful in options and different brands. He made our decision so much easier. I went with Affordable Heating and Air initially because of their outstanding online reviews. Their price was very, very good, and we quickly decided on them.
From detailed sales and product information (Allen B) to incredible installation team (Estanley and Frank) to phone consults and rebate help, the entire process has been very easy and comforting. Jeremiah B. from the office ws very helpful in rebate process.

I had a problem with my Air Conditioning Control and Thermostat. I’m a fairly technical person and couldn’t figure it out setting the thermostat. The compressor would not start when cooling. I set the temperature at 73 degrees F. When indoor temperature increases to 75 degrees F., the air supply fan would start but the outside condensing unit compressor will not start. I observed the compressor would start only after it was 4 degrees F. or above the setpoint. I called Affordable Heating and Air and spoke to Sara and explained the situation. She was very courteous and showed me a lot of empathy and compassion about my frustration and problem. Sara assured me that she would send Juan to diagnose the problem. A couple of hours or so later Juan came to my house and he was very friendly and eager to see the controls to see what is going on, as I have a Venstar T1800 thermostat. Juan was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and checked all the install connections to my furnace air handler and condensing unit. The connections seemed fine. It was a bit complicated as my condensing unit was a heat pump able multi-stage compressor. My thermostat, although compatible, was not wired to work with this system. Juan along with a call to Jimmy, Affordable Heating and Air’s Tech Manager, diligently, and thoroughly diagnosed the problem texting photos and diagrams of the system. After several hours of troubleshooting and diagnosing, they were not only able to identify and fix the problem via wiring corrections, but ensure that the multi-stage compressor on my condensing unit performed as it was designed. Jimmy spoke to me on the phone and thoroughly explained everything to me. Wow, I am blown away, and so pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received from Juan and Jimmy. They are both so professional, courteous, and so knowledgeable. I enjoyed and appreciate talking to Jimmy as I like technical things about HVAC and he is a walking encyclopedia and wealth of information regarding HVAC and wiring diagram schematics. Juan and Jimmy not only provided me exceptional customer service, but ensured my HVAC was working as designed. I strongly recommend them. Donna Kreisler (Owner of Affordable Heating and Air) if you are reading this, Jimmy and Juan are a tremendous asset to the company. Do not lose them! Thank you Affordable Heating and Air for all your help in fixing this frustrating problem with my HVAC controls.

Initially, things were a little rocky, but Affordable Heating and Air stood by their product and made sure I was completely satisfied. Jimmy, the lead senior technician, did a fantastic job guiding me through the process. I’m very happy with the service, highly recommend them, and will definitely do business with them again!
