They came to my house 3 or 4 times. I had a electric bill around 700 a month. They changed the coils out of my air handler. My bill still was around 700 dollars. The main thing that was wrong with it. The airduct had came off the air handler and was trying to cool the attic. Paid this bill for over a year. They even told me about it and said that it wouldn't make that much of a difference in the electric bill. So they didn't fix it. I had a teenage boy go up to my attic and taped it up. My bill has went down 300 dollars a month. They said I needed a whole new unit.

Very professional. They immediately introduced themselves to me. Did their analysis. Even overheard me talking about a box that as in the attic and offered to bring it down before they closed it up. Clear consice explanation with what needed to be replaced. IMMEDIATELY offered to go back to the shop and get a room air conditioner to get me through the weekend. Air therm sets a pretty high bar !! Not sure of costs yet as they are working on pricing, but service is 20 out of 10 !

Tyler from Air Therm came out and performed a thorough inspection and was clearly very knowledgeable and his demeanor was professional and positive. (Note: I never knew or worked with this serviceman before today.) His explanations were clear and I appreciated how he provided photographs of issues he found which confirmed his diagnosis. I was impressed with his willingness without hesitation to inspect the most difficult reaches of the attic while demonstrating cat-like ability to get into tight spaces. Bottom line is he found the root of the problem for why my system is underperforming. He’s a credit to his employer. The world needs more competent and honest workman like this.
