The people that worked with me were very positive, patient snd willing to answered questions. Zach and Dan were particularly willing and able to answer all my questions about the work. They were focused and left the work areas very clean.

This is the second time Rick Kanagie has come out to my home, and the second time I’ve used Renewal by Andersen to finish replacing our doors. Once again, an excellent experience!
Rick is incredibly approachable and professional. He handled everything with ease… including my dog barking at him and then immediately showering him with kisses. 😅 He was patient, friendly, and completely unfazed.
What I really appreciated was how thoroughly he explained everything from start to finish, what to expect, timelines for ordering, and how long installation would take. He went into detailed explanations (going completely over my head because I am not Bob Villa and I have no Martha Stewart skills whatsoever 😄), but he made sure I understood the important parts and that I felt comfortable with the process.
I know some people say Renewal by Andersen is on the pricier side, but you truly get what you pay for!!! The warranty is strong, the quality is excellent, and every single person from this company who has come into my home has been professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. And let’s be honest… I’m not fixing doors myself.

From the initial contact, to pre install, to the completed installation, the process was smooth. The reps and installers were professional. Our project rep. was helpful at keeping us up to date throughout the project, even up to the day of the installation. The installers were clean and professional leaving the work site cleanly swept.

The Team at Renewal was awesome! From the start of the project they were very attentive to our requests and regularly reached out to ensure we were satisfied with the project planning.
