I hate to sound overly excited about the kitchen renovation project Alure did for me, but it is exactly the high level of satisfaction I feel. Over very many years
involving 3 homes, I have had 4 major home renovations including kitchens, so I have the homeowner experience of living with construction disruption to compare to. Alure far exceeded my expectations in various aspects: professionalism, knowledge, time management, courtesy, cleanliness, care for my home and applied skills.

First, I have to praise Rich Reese, the designer, who came to my house carting all the heavy samples of tiles, cabinets and quartz countertop. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, having spent almost 3 hours with me and later sending me the designs. I want to praise the demolition team ( Ryan
and Louis) who had the nasty and labor intensive work of moving appliances and removing / carting out all the existing cabinets, backsplash and whatever else from the walls. They taped plastic in
openings to other parts of my house, covered the floors with drop cloths and cleaned up before they left for the day. I want to recognize the beautiful quartz countertop fabrication with quick turnaround and so perfectly set in. A big thank you to project installation teams
(Arthur, Mike, Wilson, Izzy and David) who did all the aspects of cabinet and trim installation and tilework under the watchful eyes of Kaz, an amazingly talented, hands-on renovation specialist who can do just about anything and
everything and who also handled large appliance disconnections and connections. Finally, I want to
recognize Tim Harte, the project manager, who committed to come over every day (and really did) to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and within Alure standards, and who was quick to respond to each of my texts and phone calls. The entire project was completed in under 3 weeks, counting downtime of 4 days for fabrication and delivery of the countertop.

I recently had an 8'x10' bathroom renovation which cost $37,800 with promise that it would be complete in five to 7 days. It took 9 days in all to complete. All was going well until I had to remind them that a bidet seat was to be installed. The project manager thought it was an extra sink. Wall tiling was already complete, therefore, the electrician had to come back. Instead of removing the new vanity to install an outlet for the bidet in the wall, the vanity was cut and wiring had to be put through the inside of the vanity to provide the electricity to the seat. Had I not noticed this, I would have had to go without the bidet seat. This was a mistake on the part of the project manager, Emilio, who failed to provide the proper install information to the electrician. Also, the project manager did not take into consideration that the vanity that was ordered and installed is not proper for the bathroom. The cabinet door, when opened, hits the tiled wall. The project manager returned to place a tiny rubber bumper on the door knob of the cabinet, thinking that this would suffice. The project manager insisted that the vanity could not be exchanged for a proper one, (where draws open on the right side and the cabinet doors are to the left) because he was not responsible for ordering the vanity. I feel very cheated and will no longer do any business and will let others know not to do business with Alure Home Solutions.

I have dealt personally with many contractors, most of the time being left very disappointed. With Newpro the whole experience was a pleasure. From the time we sat down to design our walk in shower, reviewed different materials, answered any questions and agreed on a price. At any time did I feel pressured. When installation date arrived, they were here on schedule, and work was completed in one day. Even upon completion, when we questioned the height of the showerhead, options were discussed with installer, additional material was ordered and replacement happened within two weeks based on material needed to be special ordered. I can't tell you how pleased we are with Newpro. They are professional, and experienced in every way. Before and after photos attached. I would recommend them to anyone who is hesitant. You won't be disappointed.

Had a complete gut and redesign of my kitchen. Marylu was invaluable and worked very hard to make sure I was able to get just about all of my wish list in the limited space I had to work with. She was extremely patient as we went through multiple iterations to find the best possible outcome. Once construction started, Marc was here every day ensuring the job went according to spec and stayed on time. He was a real advocate and partner in this process, which was a long one with a lot of moving parts. I always felt comfortable contacting him with questions or concerns and he quickly responded and addressed them. The workers were all professional and punctual and cleaned up every day. This was the biggest, most important job I've had done in my home and it turned out to be the least stressful because of Marc's efforts and the professionalism of all the workers and Alure as a whole.

Brian understood what I wanted to accomplish. He had excellent suggestions, but was also able to pivot when a new tile caught my eye in the showroom. I would definitely recommend him to others.

There were several different crews since I did a complete bathroom renovation. Every one of them were respectful of my home, did very exacting, beautiful work and always cleaned up completely. There was always someone responsive to my texts or phone calls when I had questions
My friends were very impressed by the tile work. The final product is exactly what I wanted.

Marc was great from start to finish. Has even checked in weeks after completion to make sure everything is good. Was great at reading the customer and easing my anxiety as two rooms were gutted. Project started on time and completed in specified time frame. Marc easily and immediately handled any issues no matter how small. Love my brand new kitchen.

We recently completed a bathroom renovation. I cannot express how great this company is. From our initial consultation with Greg, to meeting our Project Manager Ryan, and our installers Adam and Mike. I went through samples with Greg and we placed them all together so I could visualize. He was so patient with me and had great suggestions. Our project manager, Ryan, kept in contact with us throughout the process and stopped by to check in. If we ever had a question it was always answered. Adam and Mike did an amazing job on installation. It really came out better than expected. They were always on time and so professional. You would never know I had work being done in the home that is how clean they were. Adam came by after completion to see the finished project and make sure we were happy. That meant a lot to us because the project wasn’t over the minute they left. They wanted to make sure we were both just as happy. Greg also said he wanted to stop by when we weee both home to make sure. I would highly recommend Alure to anyone thinking of a renovation. This is really my longest review but I cannot stress enough how happy we were with the work and more importantly the employees of Alure.

Alure remodeled our kitchen 12 years ago and it is as functional and beautiful as the day it was completed.
So of course we asked them to come back to renovate our bathroom and tile our hallway.

Their General Contractor, Marc Ferrara, expertly directed a team of talented tradespeople and checked every day on their progress; and always quickly available to to answer questions and concerns. Outstanding results!

When you have a project like this done; you are not going to remember the money you spent on it five years down the road; but you will remember the flaws. I heartily endorse Alure!

Rich Reese, designed our bathroom remodel project. He provided a detailed overview of the entire job from start to finish.
Rich assisted us in selecting everything from tiles, grout, faucet, shower head and other fixtures.

We also chose tiles from the samples he brought with him. The experience was one-stop shopping from the comfort of our home.
Rich was professional, knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to work with, making for a great start for our remodel project. A few weeks after we signed with Rich, we had second thoughts on the selections we picked, it was easy to get ahold of Rich and scheduled to meet him at the showroom.
The bathroom remodel was for my elderly parents requiring some custom work and adding several grab bars, Rich was very thoughtful with the placements of the grab bars and suggesting alternatives. On numerous times we changed items and Rich was on top of that. Never had to worry about something arriving that we did not want or never at all. A great experience and grateful that, what Rich said was actually done and in time. Rich was available after the sale, which you cannot say with other people in the business.
Ryan, the Project Manager was wonderful, thoughtful, pleasant and available for questions. Jose, the carpenter was reliable and did a great job. I would recommend Rich and the Team at Alure Home Solutions.
