Strong reputation for professional, clean installations, knowledgeable design guidance, and reliable service.
Feedback across projects consistently highlights professional, courteous installers who protect the home, provide thorough design guidance, and deliver high-quality showers and baths. Install teams like Robby, Kari, Cameron, Bob Burke, and Jeri are praised for precise workmanship, neat cleanups, on-time arrivals, and respectful communication. Clients repeatedly commend design consultants (Zach Vessels, Ken, Gary Mosley) for thoughtful planning and clear explanations. While most reviews are five-stars, a minority notes premium pricing and, in one case, door hardware issues with slow follow-up. Overall, American Home Design Inc is regarded as reliable, skilled, and worth the investment.

Bob Burke did a beautiful job, both removing the old tub and glass and installing the walk in. He kept everything clean and protected everything with-in the work area. He was on time and was extremely pleasant to have in our home. I would recommend American Home Design to anyone.

Love my new shower stall! Kudos to my expert installer Jerry (& his team)!
Took my 1970s bathtub & plastic surround with ADA grab bars to a chic & modern Jacuzzi brand HAVEN by installing:
**a floor pan much larger than the old tub's dimensions;
**3 panels styled to replicate subway tile;
**stunning, barn style sliding glass shower doors;
**a permanent & sturdy Teak fold down seat (may come in handy);
**matte black hardware including shower head, drain & faucet;
**12" matte black grab bar;
**surface shelf/grab bar (to house smaller items & provide standing assistance);
**sunken shelving for my personal industrial sized grooming products.
Jerry consulted with me throughout the day but most especially about the placement of specific features. For my sunken matte black shelfing, we agreed it should be placed on the far back wall - because above the bench would be awkward when the bench is in use. Under the shower head & faucet would be a far reach from the bench so the back wall it was!
The larger sized sunken shelf size houses my taller personal grooming/cleaning products. Namely: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & baby oil. The shelves hold all of the above comfortably, & even allow for multiple types of soaps & conditioners. Afterall, women like choices & variety!
We consulted on the placement of the surface shelf/grab bar too. While many would have stationed it at waist level, I chose to have it placed lower down the back wall since, at a higher position, I already have great access to typical shower items. While it is decorative, it's also practical in that it houses smaller shower items such as a bar of soap & soap dish, razor, foot file/pumice stone. What made most sense is that, when using the drop seat, I have use of a multi-use grab bar that will help me stand up from a sitting position. Makes perfect sense to present day me & seems logical for future me. Well planned!
We next discussed the positioning of the 12" grab bar. Since so much was on the back wall & because I adore my newly claimed shower size, I didn't want to congest the area. I concocted the idea to station the 12" grab bar on the wall with the drop seat but instead of inside the shower, just outside the shower doors. In my opinion, inside the shower would have been overkill & seemingly unsightly. It's positioned so that stepping out of the shower is safer &, in that it's close enough to the drop seat, I can comfortably reach it while standing.
Lastly, Jerry replaced my copper pipes with pvc pipes which I believe is less toxic/more healthy for anyone TBT.
American Bath is a good company that's been around for many years. They did a great job training Jerry & his team. They even gave me my copper pipes back (its got value!).
It seems the financing thru Upgrade will be a positive experience as well!
Overall I'd give American Bath 2 thumbs up for a great job done well! Please excuse me now! My new shower awaits me!

American Home Design are the best remodel company by far. Friendly,courteous,knowledgeable. Might be a little more expensive than some but you get what you pay for. Will be using them again for future projects.

This was the easiest work I have ever had done on my house. Others have been good but our installer Bob was the cleanest I have ever experienced. He arrived when he said he would, he answered all our questions and helped with our decisions of placement based on our needs. Being over 70 I was having difficulty stepping in the tub to bathe, now I can sit and not worry about falling or slipping. I would definately use this company again and request Bob Burke for our installer. I love this change and I feel much safer getting in and out now.

Robby and Kari Alexander we so professional in putting in my new shower. They explained everything in great detail I had questions about. They were very neat and was in and out in a matter of hours. Excellent team work. Precise on their measurements and cutting. They cleaned up on the way out and you can’t tell anyone’s been here except the brand new beautiful shower gives it away. Thanks for the great job you guys!

I just had two-bathroom shower remodels. Eugene and his son were the installers, and they were the perfect team. They did a beautiful job, very professional and pleasant to work with. They had several obstacles to work around and solved the problems perfectly. They are respectful, clean cut, clean talking, clean acting and just a top-notch team. They left everything very neat and tidy. My wife and I are very impressed with our new shower remodels and give them and AHD 5+ Stars.

American Home Design just finished remodeling my bathroom and the installers Robby and Kari did a fantastic job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and patient. They were AWESOME and even though there was a mix-up about the tub, no fault of their own, they would have completed the remodeling in one day. I love my bathroom and thanks again.

My experience began with my sales rep Ken and ended with my installer Cameron. Ken was helpful in planning my walk in shower design. Cameron did an awesome job on install day and I am so pleased with my shower. I would recommend American Home Design to anyone looking for a tub/shower upgrade.

I finally had the rest of my windows replaced in my home. Thank you to Tim Platt and Patrick for the great job they did today installing my windows in three bedrooms. It had to be the hottest day ever, but they never complained and did an excellent job.
