This company is a big time scam. You sign up and then use it you are lucky to get service in two weeks. Try that in FL when its 95 degree weather.
Worse part is I challenge you to cancel the service. 8 hours later I gave up and had my credit card cancel the future charges. Stay away from them.

I filed a claim online and got a quick response. They assigned a contractor to my claim who called me within a day to set up an appointment. Once the contractor had an estimate they sent it to AHS who requested me to contact them and approve the total I had to pay. I approved. The contractor came out and did the work per the estimate. It all went well.

AHS had a Sears tech scheduled btw 8am-3pm to fix my washer. Sears tech showed up at the residence next door at 4:07 est. stayed in truck for 6 mins then pulled off. Called AHS to provide an update & file a complaint and they said the Sears tech would turn around and come back out. They never showed up. Very unprofessional, unclassy, & inconsiderate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING AHS AT ALL. They waste your time, effort, & money and they do not provide any compensation for their failures

Unreliable- they use local service people to repair appliances. It took a week to fix our AC this summer, resulting with us having to stay in a hotel for three days !
Next case was our washer. After waiting way too long, they finally dispatched a company that claimed to have fixed the washer.....but it still doesn't work. We have been without a washer for over two weeks and had to pay for laundry service
3 times and over $100, plus the service call.
The local provider NEVER returned our calls or texts.
My recommendation: RUN, don't walk away from this outfit - as fast as you can.
Sounded good when they signed me up but it really sucked. Even their "Customer Service" chat feature would stop halfway through and conclude wiithout resolution. I'm 72 and this is the worst company I have ever used. Period.

They don't communicate or perform work in a timely manner.
I contacted AHS or HSA (whichever name they want to go by) to schedule a tune-up for my gas forced-air furnace. They sent a contractor out to complete the tune-up on 11/28/25. He found that the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. He told me they would be in touch within the hour. He turned the furnace off for safety. I hadn't heard back, and it was cold. I contacted AHS to ensure the work could be dispatched for repair. For reasons they could not explain to me, they assigned the work to Elite HVAC Services in Butler (another service fee, of course), a good 40 to 45 minutes away from me. They sent an email stating that I should hear from the contractor to schedule an appointment. Due to the temperatures, I called myself and arranged an appointment for 12/1. Elite HVAC was late for the appointment because they are A. based out of Butler and B. had a prior appointment in Meadville. However, they arrived and confirmed the same. I called Elite and HSA on 12/3 and 12/4 to get an update, but no one could provide me with the information I needed. I was told I would hear back each time, but I had to keep calling myself. I finally received an estimate and paid $1475 out of pocket. I was told they should have a new furnace by 12/9 or 12/10. AHS also refused to tell me what make and model they would be ordering to determine if I needed to take part in the contractor's upgrade offer. Today is 12/11, AHS just now ordered the furnace only because I called and became quite upset today. I'm going to go another weekend without a safe furnace. I've turned it back on, but run it at very low temperatures to try to keep my family warm, but risk CO poisoning. Thank god for CO detectors.

They claim a 20 year old kitchen faucet was dripping because of chemical corrosion. No it was old and the hard water is not chemical corrosion. Nothing more than a scam to get out of fixing it.

Very Quick Service! The Tech knew exactly what the problem was, ordered parts, showed up in a timely manner, replaced the part and was out the door minutes later!
Couldn't have been better!
