Tim Widener came to our home, made an excellent impression and a fully understandable explanation/demonstration of the product, the company, and its history. The company was very patient with us, as the products arrived months before our selected install date.

Five team members, led by Brian, arrived on time and ready to work. They were patient, productive, and professional, even replacing a marble-top piece that was cracked at the bottom of one window. A very efficient team; Bryan, Dillon and staff took time to explain the process and answer all our questions. They removed all the old windows, shutters, doors and all debris from the install.

Could not be more happy and pleased with the product, the performance, and the installation. It's nice to see neighbors walking by, stop and stare at the beautiful home addition and give us many compliments. "Nicest looking home on the street."

With home energy costs rising, it was far past time that we upgraded our home's windows and doors. Our house still had its original, 50-year-old windows. And as nice as the energy savings will be, we also desired to improve the aesthetic of our home too with something more contemporary and elegant.

We first contacted Tim Whitener at American WeatherTECHS on a whim. We saw him offering on Facebook that he could come to homes and give demonstrations helping inform homeowners about their possible window purchases. That was just what we needed while we were still early in the research process with some ideas and many questions.

As promised, Tim showed up on a Saturday morning and walked us through all the various layers of technology in their windows and how that may compare with other manufacturers. It was eye-opening and clarifying. We were grateful for how long he stayed to answer our questions.

Having the confidence to now make a decision to go forward with American WeatherTECHS, Tim spent even more time with us not only collecting accurate measurements for us but showing us what our windows and doors may look like through pictures of our house he uploaded into his quote tool. This process made it so much easier for us to make a determination of the style of windows and doors we would like because we could literally envision it through his quote tool. All the style options were organized well to make it easy to sort between which ones we wanted to preview next.

After spending a day to think over our choices and the quote we received, Tim returned as soon as we called on Sunday to close with us. He walked us through all the steps of what the installation process would entail. We also were very thankful for the fair and flexible financing options they offered us. This significant investment to our home was more affordable than we thought it would be.

After the windows and doors were manufactured, we received a phone call to select an installation date that was convenient for us. Then, it was finally time for installation. Brian and his crew were consistently excellent, professional, and friendly all three days they were here to install 16 windows, shudders, a new front door, and a sliding glass door in the back. I was able to still get work done in my basement while they worked throughout the day. They answered all our questions and cleaned up all their workspaces each day. The combined decades of experience in Brian's crew was evident in the attention to detail of their spotless work.

We are so pleased with how beautiful the windows turned out. They are so easy to open up for air or to remove to clean. And these windows reduce so much noise; our home has never been quieter. Now, the neighbor's lawnmower sounds like a distant hum haha. And if I ever desire to hear the birds chip or the wind blow through the trees again, I can always just easily lift up my window without fighting an old broken spring.

And with our new single front door, there is no longer a gap for temperature to leak or bugs to creep in. Come the winter, the spiders may be disappointed, but we certainly won't be hahaha. It is also refreshing to have a slick new sliding glass door that easily slides and doesn't need to be lubricated every month.

Jeff did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new back door. He started on time, worked diligently, was very friendly, and did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed. Between replacing the door and having y'all replace all of our windows earlier this year, we are very satisfied with the quality of the products. Thanks for beating our expectations!

Everything was top notch! Kevin in sales was flexible as I changed the scope of the project before finalizing. And then the TNT install team was phenomenal! Install was more complicated than they originally thought it would be. But they stuck with it for 2 long days. And we are more than satisfied with the result. Only problem is that now other parts of the house look bad compared to the new & improved portions.

T-N-T was our window installation crew. They were so professional and they were very kind. They did an excellent job on our installation and I would definite recommend them to install your windows as well. They were Dynamite!!!

I am beyond happy! The installers ALL did a fantastic job and if l could give a 10 star rating I would do so. My house looks like a new house. I am very pleased with the outcome!

American Weathertech replaced our windows and doors. Brian and his crew were very efficient and friendly. They showed me how to operate my new windows. They answered all my questions. They cleaned up all the debris from my old windows and from the new ones also. I would highly recommend them.
