Honestly, my review is just about the customer service of scheduling a consultation, we didn’t end up getting windows through this company because it’s a 90 minute sales pitch. Which I didn’t catch when they must have told me about it when I scheduled the consultation. I told the company when their sales rep arrived (after she informed it it would take 5 minutes to measure the windows but both my husband and I needed to listen to the 90 minute pitch) that I was very sorry, but for both my husband and I to devote 90 minutes to talking about three very small basement windows was not going to happen. I apologized for wasting her time. It would have been possible if only one of us could take the pitch, but because we both had to hear the pitch, instead of dividing and conquering, it wasn’t going to be possible. I have children. I informed them when they called me back the next day to “reschedule” that I didn’t have 90 minutes of uninterrupted time. They were beyond rude to me when I apologized to them and explained my circumstances. Quite honestly, this hasn’t been a problem with any other company we’ve worked with where they understand one adult is capable of handling the coordination.

I have no idea about window install or product, but if the installers are anything like their scheduling rep who was very rude to me then probably best to avoid this company.

Got a presentation with Trent this morning. He was very thorough and personable. Though not ready to place my order, I look forward to doing business with him in the near future.

We purchased 4 windows to have installed but then had to add 2 more very suddenly after a water leak. The entire team was extremely thorough from making sure we knew what was going on every step of the way, from financing, to production, to installation. We chose the triple paned tinted windows and all I can say is that not only do we LOVE our new windows but the house maintains temperature significantly better and we can no longer hear any outside noise. The tint is just enough to keep harsh sunlight out while still being able to enjoy looking outside. I highly recommend using this company! They were efficient, knowledgeable and more than willing to help every step of the way!

I first purchased 38 triple pane windows that were fantastic. No more noise or drafts. I was so satisfied that I came back and purchased trim and gutters that really made the house stand out. Now I am purchasing a storm door and a basement entry door. Each time I asked for my sales representative. Timmy Gayle. He is very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. My house was built in the 1890’s and has been in my family since 1904. So I want to do everything I can to maintain it and pass it down to my son and his wife.
