UPDATE: Ameritech installed out windows and sliding glass doors 2 years ago and they are back to do our front door. We definitely noticed the energy reduction, no drafts, noise reduction and so easy to clean. She was very honest, informative and we enjoyed her company.

* The windows presentation remains me as a brand new Rolls Royce. A classy window, very user friendly, modern and updated technology, triple pane, sturdy frame, the hardware and everything about it is very impressive. We are very excited to get new windows and doors and the representative that came out was very knowledgeable, informative and she was very entertaining, she made the presentation very fun! Very down to earth person, and my dogs love her more than they love me.

In our personal experience and opinion, Thomas Foster (Project Manager) for AmeriTech Construction was excellent!

What we appreciated most about Thomas (among many other things) was his honesty, decency, and respect of our wishes. While he was an exceptional sales professional, and offered us great pricing, he was also respectful of our timetable and decision making process, etc.

He did not try to sell us windows that we did not need, and he was also very knowledgeable and thorough with his evaluations on the windows and his explanations. He made sure to let us know the exact condition of any windows and any related issues that may need attention, etc. He also represented the company exceptionally well and is the reason why I will be recommending many other neighbors to consider using his company for their future needs.

It was also impressive that we were informed by Thomas of the company’s long history and relationship with BJ’s Wholesale Club, as well as many other things about how the company operates, as well as the lifetime warranty for windows which was communicated to us.

Ameritech installed 3 years ago, I like everything about it, you can tell the difference, I don't feel cold/heat coming in anymore, very sturdy, great quality materials. The installers were very polite and did a great job, in fact, I requested the same crew now that Ameritech is doing my windows. The manager I've worked twice is very professional and she explains things well were the customers can understand. About the new windows: I like the fact is a solid composite frame and triple pane. Very satisfied 😌

My entire house was fitted with siding which involved removing the old cedar shake shingles and I am extremely happy with it. The sales approach was low key and completely informative. The project manager was available by phone or in person promptly during the entire process. The lead up to installation prepared me for everything such as removing all pictures from the walls. The installation was done in a superior and timely fashion by an excellent crew. All follow ups for any adjustments in the install process was equally professional. I have to say I was totally impressed with the entire effort and resulting appearance since a few creative approaches to the appearance were taken. I could not be more satisfied with the job by Ameritech.

5 TIME REPEAT CUSTOMER.
Ameritech did our roof, gutters, siding, windows and doors. We are the envy of our neighborhood! Top of the line quality products, no maintenance and great warranty. We are very happy with the energy efficiency, triple pane windows, magnetic door seals. Our manager has been above and beyond every visit, she is currently back to show us the attic insulation products. We recommend her and Ameritech.

Update: now they are out to look at our front door!! Love the customer service and knowledge.

Ameritech Construction came out to install 40 windows and 5 doors at my house. While the windows were great, the doors initially had some issues—parts sliding down and stoppers not working as expected. However, I want to emphasize their commitment to customer service. After reaching out about the problems, Ameritech followed up, worked with me diligently, and ensured everything was eventually corrected. Their dedication to making sure I had a 5-star experience was impressive, and they've built a lasting relationship through their follow-up. I feel confident recommending them for their quality and care and will totally use them again for any of my household construction needs. I am a 2 time returning customer with Ameritech. They have previously installed sliding glass doors and bay windows. I have been pleased with the work they have completed over the years.

We had 10 windows installed 2 years ago, 2 sliding glass doors last year and they are back to do our last 2 sliding glass doors. They are amazing!! Great protection from the heat. I highly recommend this company. They did great instillation and clean up. She was very helpful, thank you! 😊

UPDATE: This is our 4th time working with Ameritech Construction. We're finishing the remaining windows in the house and new siding. The rep was very informative and helpful, she made every decision easy to make and we are extremely happy with the results.

Love these windows and how everything turned out. They let in all the light and give us a gorgeous view of our yard while keeping the cold out. Everything holding up great after several months. She provided great service and customer support to work around our budget and timeline.
