I had a very nice tech come out to service the water softener for us and he was so extremely nice. I explained that this was the first time I ever dealt with a water softener and he was so kind to explain how to do regular maintenance on the unit. He took time to explain what salt I needed to buy and what all I needed to do on my end to keep my system up to date and healthy. I really appreciated all the time and explanation and he really is a great technician. Could not be happier with the service and the young lady who dispatched him. She was just as lovely and would completely recommend this group to anyone with a puronics system. Lovely group of people.

We have been with APEX Smart Home for over four years and have never been disappointed. Their customer service is consistently superb, from every phone conversation to the technicians who come into our home. They truly take the time to educate you on all your options and make sure you understand how to care for your system and get the most out of it.
We’ve purchased a full smart home setup, including a complete security system with a doorbell camera, four outdoor cameras with CCTV, a smart thermostat, a water softener, a reverse osmosis drinking water system, and the SecureAire air purification system. Every component has been excellent.
Everyone we’ve worked with has been amazing, Alex and Moses on the security side, Jose and Holly for water and air, and many others along the way. They are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I truly feel like my business is appreciated and that I’m treated as a valued customer, not just a number.

The Apex team did a stellar job in being flexible to schedule an in home consultation for quotes and then setting up an install time. The sales rep Brittney, was knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and the products themselves. The technicians were professional and did a clean install. Probably one of the best experience with Jose and his team. We were able to get a great referral bonus and Jose was very great. He was flexible when we were running a little late and also went above and beyond.
Since our house was not pre-plumbed, they were able to find a better solution and build a shed in the backyard. His team dig a trench and worked hard all day to get it done but we are amazing on how great it looks. It’s protected and out of sight.

Apex installed my security camera system. From start to finish Jordan was very professional. By the way, the time he came to provide the quote for the security camera system, he also mentioned that Apex also installs water softeners/filtration systems, etc. I told him that I was interested to know how much they would charge to install the water softener/filtration system. He called Apex and another Apex guy was at my house within an hour to provide a quote. The price was very reasonable and I had them Install the water softener/filtration system the following day.

You can truly tell it’s a family-run business because they treat you with so much care and respect.
