Nick came out to my home to give me a quote on gutter install and flashing repair. He is very professional a really friendly. ARC completed the job within a couple of weeks and did a great job. Very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend.

ARC Contracting came out a few years ago and took care of my roof, siding, and windows. My sales person Sam Jeffers was very knowledgeable and helpful at the time.

They contacted me recently and Nick Dunst came back out to inspect my home and make sure everything looked good. He even while he was here took the time to help me get a few things out of my attic, find my missing debit card, and inspect my garage to see how I would go about fixing my woodpecker problem.

I called around looking for a roof inspection after having water leaks from my flat roof during this past summer’s storms. I worked with Nick from ARC Contracting. Nick completed a roof inspection and presented a detailed & professional quote with pictures of areas of concern. Nick offered his recommended solutions and gave additional options. After receiving ARC’s quote I had 2 other companies come and do inspections and received quotes from both. All 3 companies gave similar recommendations and quoted prices from all 3 companies were close in price range. All 3 companies seemed like good companies and were detailed and honest. I ended up choosing ARC contracting because their proposal included additional services not offered by the other companies, quotes were not as detailed as the one presented by Nick, and Nick had great communication with questions and was quick with follow ups. Once everything was in line for work to begin Nick was clear with what to expect during the install, the work crew did a great job. The work crew cleaned up everything and completed their work in two days. Roof looked great! Nick came to do a final inspection and went over in detail everything done with the roof. Great communication, flexible with scheduling, work crew was professional and thorough in their work.

I would actually give ARC 4-1/2 stars! They replaced our 25-year old roof with green shingles and burgundy edging at our request, both not very common. Adam took the time to present the product and answer my questions, plus a second time to meet my husband. He’s super knowledgeable about roofing in general and no high pressure sales tactics. We got on their schedule quickly and on construction day, Todd was very attentive and really took care of us. They covered my garden next to the house and paid special attention to cleaning up nails and debris. The roof looks great! I would ask them back again for another project anytime!

I had a great experience with Nick who came out to check my house’s exterior for storm damage. There wasn’t any damage that required repair, but Nick was super thorough and went through his findings with photos. He also explained how homeowners insurance has changed recently and recommended I check my policy for future needs. He made some recommendations for the future and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I greatly appreciate that he didn’t recommend repairs that weren’t needed. I will definitely use ARC in the future and will recommend them to my friends & family.

We were in need of roof repair and a friend recommended ARC to us for this. Todd and his crew were timely with their arrival and communicated well throughout the process. They worked quickly, taking only 1 day to complete 95% of our roof that was replaced. Todd seemed to guide his workers well and they were all professional and kind. Would highly recommend!

ARC contracting was great for me. As never having to do a roof or deal with insurance, they were amazing. They went through my insurance paperwork with me and helped me understand it. They even emailed my insurance for proper adjustments even after I said I had other people coming to give estimates (the other guys just wanted me to finance it all, insurance or not). Nick was straight forward, easy to work with, and was way more helpful than I would ever expect from a contractor company. They worked around my schedule and did an amazing job on the new roof for my house and garage. I would highly recommend them for their customer service, workmanship, and flexibility.

We had Nick come out late last summer to inspect our roof. He worked with our insurance company and we were able to get a new roof installed. We also decided to have some other work done on our house. We are very happy with the work that was done (all in a timely manner last fall and before it got cold)! We definitely recommend Nick. Nick is very knowledgeable about the process and was very patient with us as his customer. We appreciate all the work he put into our project and the extra times going back to our insurance company ! I was looking for a contractor to look at taking off some ridge caps of our raised metal roof to install a screen to keep out bats. No other contractors would come out to look. Zach came out, look over the roof and went into the attic and determined that a solution is definitely possible without doing the ridge caps. He was very professional and extremely helpful and willing to do whatever it would take to make sure I had the next steps to resolve our issue. He made sure that all my questions and issues were properly addressed before leaving.

I would like to share how my experience with ARC went on the recent roofing project they did for me. First off the sales person Brad did an outstanding job walking us through the selection of the roof and windows that needed to be replaced. He was always very attentive and meet our needs. The person leading the installation, Todd, also did an outstanding job. He was always very attentive to our questions, was very attentive to his crews needs, gave good direction and his fallow-up was outstanding. The crew did a great job with cleanup as well. They worked their butts off!
