This company is not to be trusted. They did a faulty install of my $13k HVAC system less than 4 years ago. Their own technician inspected my water leak and reported to them as faulty installation. I obtained another estimate from a licensed technician and they had the same diagnostic of the problem. Meanwhile my ceiling is leaking and exposing my family to dangerous mold and mildew. They are refusing to correct the problem from their poorly trained employees who used the wrong sealant. Never trust them to do any work in your home unless you want a poor job that will cost you a lot of money later.

OK. It is 5 days before Christmas. Saturday. My son, in the Air Force, is in from his station. We are experiencing high winds and hear a bang. Thinking it is outside, we investigate. Then we, per chance, go to the basement and it is flooding!!!! The water heater outlet has failed, broken, spewing water. Quickly we turn off the water. Whew! And begin cleanup. Water off. No water for Christmas and my son home anticipating a great Old Fashioned Christmas!?? Now. Who to call?!?? Not Ghostbusters. But Lowes. We go to pick out a water heater and learn of their installation service. "When is this gonna happen, i wonder?" ARS arrives within hours and opens a discussion on options. We run through many options. But I quickly understand that this person is a VERY knowledgeable, courteous, concerned engineer. We decide on taking them up on installing a water softener along with a new water heater (Wife and I had been discussing the water softener and budgeting it in anyways). The BIG SURPRISE!! He said they can do it tomorrow - A Sunday. The discussion results in a 15% savings from Lowes (Lowes Rewards - certainly participate) on the cost of the water heater. ARS bundles the 2 with a 25% discount. We get more than we expected on a BIG Discount. Faster than Superman!! And a YUGE upgrade while being rescued from a potential catastrophe. CHRISTMAS IS SAVED!!!!

Our appointment with ARS this morning was just Fabulous! Our technician was so knowledgeable! He helped us so much with understanding the NEST THERMOSTAT!
He explained everything to us slowly & carefully, I was able to take notes during that time! He went around and checked all the vents In every room of the house! Of course, he checked the heating and air conditioning system in the basement! . He was so thorough and explained everything that he was doing. He helped us understand the heating/air conditioning system. Good heat on both levels upstairs & downstairs is very important and he helped us with that as well! We just couldn't have asked for a better technician! I will certainly call ARS again if needed! I did not realize that ARS can take care of so many Appliances, and the workings Of so many things Around the house! !We bought Our Heating & Air conditioner from ARS just a few years ago and we are so very pleased with it! Today was just a checkup & so happy with everything! ARS IS THE VERY BEST! ❤️❤️

My unit stopped blowing air right after I paid $29 for the ARS promotional tune-up through Lowe’s. We had no plans to replace the unit with them, especially after speaking with another HVAC technician who offered a much more affordable option.
This is what the other HVAC discovered: the blower fan was not working because the capacitor had been unplugged. It appears the ARS technician or estimator disconnected it, which caused unnecessary trouble and cost me additional money to have another HVAC professional come out.
Very unprofessional service — not trustworthy, and I do not recommend using their services.

We had a fault showing up on our AC unit. We were able to get an appointment that day and the repair done the very next morning. Very good communication. The best part was Exal the technician. Mark is one of the most outstanding and knowledgeable MASTER plumbers we have had the pleasure of meeting! Mark arrived at our home on time and even respected our wishes to wear a mask while he assist our hot water heater issues. He provided a cost effective solution to our old water heater issue with the industry knowledge to back it up. His knowledge and professionalism is truly what we needed during a time where other companies were not providing this level of knowledge and quoted unacceptable pricing. We feel safe knowing that the work was done by Mark, and because of the… we will be customers for life, no matter the cost!!!
