I purchased two new sliding glass doors, and I am in love! The glass they use keeps direct sunlight from letting the heat in, and this is the first time I've been able to keep the house cool without specialty curtains. Communication was excellent every step of the way. I was worried about scheduling installation because I don't stay at my property full-time, but Aspen worked around that too. Expensive, but the quality is worth every penny! Next year when I need new windows, I won't go to anyone else.

Aspen Home Improvements was born in 1992 on the philosophy of PERFECTION. Fast-forward to today, we are proud to say that we continue to stand by every product we sell and every employee who is part of the Aspen family. We are excited to share that Aspen Home Improvements has moved into a new building, marking another milestone in our journey. This move allows us to continue expanding our services while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Even after 25 years, we remain actively involved in all aspects of the business across Pennsylvania and beyond. Our children, Daniel and Laura, both graduated from Penn State and later joined the Aspen team—Daniel in 2014 and Laura in 2016. Daniel now serves as our Chief Financial Officer, while Laura leads our Marketing and PR efforts. It was a proud moment for Belinda and me to see them become part of the business we built.

The whole experience was great. There was a mix up when the guy came to measure everything, but the problem was resolved quickly. They were scheduled to start on a Thursday. The window guys were here right on time and got right to work. Then the siding guys came and worked Thursday evening through the weekend and finished Tuesday. They were working constantly. Very hard, respectful and clean workers!
The process was truly great with Aspen. Our salesperson was very helpful and truly incentivized us the go with Aspen, knowing we wanted the project complete before the end of year and hitting our budget. Eric, our window installer did a phenomenal job. He was diligent, polite and tidy. The workmanship was excellent and final window products look amazing and function beautifully. Thank you.

Finding a company that delivers quality work without breaking the bank feels rare these days—but Aspen exceeded our expectations. My wife and I live in a home from the 1800s, and we had an old through-the-wall air conditioner on the third floor in what we currently use as an office space. We reached out to Aspen, and within just a few days, someone came out and provided a free quote. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They installed a high-quality window that allowed us to officially count the office as a third bedroom, increasing our home’s equity. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Aspen!

We had some really old siding and trim replaced around a dormer. The work was done well and affordable for what we needed. The sales pitch was boiler plate and could've been a little shorter but that's just me. Workers were respectful of the property and the cleanup was decent. Very happy with the final work.
I had windows installed, overall the sales man was very nice and had lots of information said he would come back for the install and never did :( I also had to contact them to make an appointment for install and then they called me about two weeks later asking to schedule an appointment though I had already done that, so I had to change the date for window installation. The crew that installed the windows did well cleaning up inside but how ever outside left my with stepped on plants and broken lights :( the windows look great but the overall experience could have been better.
