I trusted Aspen Home Improvement completely — and it has been a nightmare. In 2022, they installed a triple-pane window on my porch, which I showed to the salesperson. He promised the same triple-pane windows for my entire house. I signed the contract without reading it fully because I believed in their word and paid $22,500.
Instead, they installed double-pane windows, breaking their promise. When I complained, the CEO personally came, but instead of fixing the issue, he demanded an extra $8,000 just to replace the glass — and even then, they refused to replace the frames, meaning it’s not the true triple-pane they promised.
I’ve been saving for three years for this project. Last year my electric bill was $1,000, making triple-pane windows essential for energy savings. On top of that, my mother suffers from depression, anxiety, and Alzheimer’s, so a safe, comfortable home is extremely important.
I don’t have extra money to hire lawyers or fight this legally, which makes this situation even more stressful and unfair. I feel betrayed and misled. No one should face this level of frustration when trusting Aspen Home Improvement to deliver on its promises. We didn’t get any warranty paperwork yet too , this company is so suspicious. We don’t know we will get the warranty paperwork or not after this review .

The gentleman who came to show us the product was very knowledgeable
We were offered a great price for the garden window . And the installation crew were very. Efficient.
It opened up the light coming into our kitchen. We love it
We have received lots of compliments from our friends as to how it has changed our kitchen.

Had an awesome experience with Aspen Home improvement , the windows team from start to finish was amazing , from the sales call right through to the clean-up after install , they did an outstanding job , I will give them an A+ , Dennis and the install team did a great job

Great window quality. Customer service has been HORRIBLE in trying to take care of issues caused by them.
UPDATE: Issues have not been taken care of yet. Now found more in having to reside the house. Will post later when and if issues are addressed....NEW UPDATE: Still no resolution on issues. We had to pay our contractor to box out the windows properly. We had to reside the house as they broke the tile siding in multiple places. Nobody seems to want to return calls now that they have their money. The quality of window is the only good thing out of this experience. Would not recommend them.

Due to drafts from my old windows, I decided to get new windows thru Aspen Home Improvements. They came and installed the windows in June 2024. Now that winter is here my house is more cold and more drafty then before I changed my old windows. I have called numerous times to schedule an appointment for them to come back to check and fix the windows and they became a No Show. I was advised the windows came with a lifetime warranty through the company. Aspen Home Improvements doesn't seems to want to honor their warranty. Please be aware in Wilmington De!

We initially touched base with David. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent salesman. Our windows installed by Eric and he was fantastic. He was on time, very clean, and answered any questions I had during the process. We had 13 windows and a patio door installed.

All of the staff at Aspen has been incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Aspen! We had all 25 windows replaced from white to black and they turned out better than we imagined. Our house looks like a storybook house now. The new windows were the final touch on our total home renovation. Aspen did a phenomenal job!!

Pros: windows look great and function beautifully. Very happy with the product, it appears quality and like it will last a while.

Cons: I didn’t receive any communication after the measurement of the windows. The wrong quantity of windows were ordered so my installation was spread out over a month long period to get all of my widows in. This was pretty inconvenient as I work full time. The door I ordered has a faulty handle. When I asked aspen to correct this the technician said this is “how it is” and told me to replace the door handle with hardware from Home Depot. They never completed an inspection after the work and I’m dissatisfied with the condition they left my door frame in. The installer ripped out a piece of my flooring and the weather strip. I haven’t heard from them in months so I assume I need to replace this at cost to myself.

The windows are nice but the company could work on communication and installation overall. I also did feel for the one guy they sent to complete this whole house job in 2 days, it didn’t feel entirely safe either having him up on ladders by himself and I don’t think he ever took a single break. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend this company but I do like the windows they used.

We had a bay window and 6 regular windows replaced by Aspen. The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Our windows look amazing, you can tell they are high quality, and the warranty is great. Customer service has been top notch (special thanks to Scott, Breeze, and Maddie!). I’d recommend Aspen to anyone needing windows or other home improvements.

We just had our son’s bedroom windows replaced and they turned out BEAUTIFULLY! Eric was extremely professional and polite. He worked quickly and efficiently. He left the work area clean and made sure I was happy with everything before he left! He had another gentleman with him (I didn't catch his name) but he did just as beautiful a job on the outside of the windows! We will definitely be recommending Aspen to others!
