Had an inefficient dark tiled shower from late 90s replaced with a light gray marbled look walls with matte black fixtures. The guest bathroom was also from the 90s & had a tub surround which had seen better days. Replaced with a shower with same light gray walls & brushed nickel fixtures. Both bathrooms look awesome & we’re very happy with the finished showers. Ryan got us started with great ideas & also met Tony a few days later. Madaisha was my customer service rep & always helpful. Jordan & team were excellent, did a great job, & cleaned up when done. Everyone was very professional. Couldn’t ask for more!! Kudos to Bath Experts!! Highly recommend!

Installers were excellent and very professional. Although my new shower is a 100% improvement, very dissatisfied with the footprint of the shower, much smaller than anticipated which made me feel I vastly overpaid for what I received! I have two other bathroom upgrades I’m planning for, but will not use Bath Experts nor recommend!

What a nice experience! Installers were very good, detailed & just nice people. They were cordial and we enjoyed having them in our home. The materials installed look first rate and we both are excited to use the new shower after the 24 hour drying period.

Bath Experts were excellent at helping us get the Walk in Shower that we needed. From the sales person to the installer, very good service. Explained well about the product and the installer did a fantastic job of putting our walk in shower together. With my husband's disability, it was a must to do away with our bath tub and Bath Experts lived up to their name. They truly are bath experts. We are very pleased!

I was so excited with the process. David and Shane installed my shower flawlessly as my request was customized for a full wall shower. I waited until the process was completed to see it for the first time. It is beautiful!! I have told my friends and family about it and they also commented on its beauty. We had a three day installation involving a new shower, a freestanding tub, and acrylic wall panels. Bath Experts Brian, Shane, and Matt demoed the fiberglass shower enclosure and monstrous garden tub in a day. They had to do some extra work with the draining/venting and beef up the wall for the folding seat and grab bars, but we were not charged which was great! The shower was finished and the supply & drain for the tub complete on the second day. Brian and Shane came back for a third day to set the tub and hook everything up after the flooring was installed, but only for a half day. After our first few uses of them, we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to go with Bath Experts.
Matt was our design consultant and was very helpful through the sales process. Joe met with us a couple times to finalize & walk us through the construction plan and verify all that was needed. He even made a template of the tub to give us a feel of how it would fit in the space. Everything turned out fantastic!

We just had our new shower installed and we LOVE IT! This was a larger project than a normal bathtub replacement. Anthony and Troy were gems. They removed our freestanding tub, flipped our old tiny stall shower into a usable closet space, built a new wall and installed our beautiful new large walk in shower.

I can’t believe how fast and efficient they worked together. They were professional and a joy to collaborate with on my vision. I highly recommend working with Bath experts, and I would ask for Anthony and Troy!

The lifetime warranty is such a piece of mind as well. I know if I find any issues, they are just one phone call away. I doubt that will be needed, but it sure helps me relax after I signed off on the install:)

We have some tiling and painting to do, but that was understood from the beginning. I’ll update photos once the tiling and paint is complete.

Amazing! They kept their promise to arrive between 8 and 9:00 am. Jason called 1/2 hour before arriving as promised and arrived at 8:45 am. Then David arrived and he assisted Jason in completing the project. I would recommend anyone to sign up for their recent promotion; No payments, No interest, waive all installation costs.
