It was great!! Our new shower looks like it just came out of a magazine. David and Cordell did an outstanding job working quickly and efficiently. They were both very friendly, kept us involved in any decision, cleaned up when done and left us very happy when the job was done. From the sales representative to the installers, everyone was professional, personable, and extremely patient in answering all of our questions. The end result was absolutely perfect—we love our new shower! We would definitely recommend Bath Expert by Jacuzzi to everyone.

The shower installation turned out great ! Our salesman was very professional and answered all of our questions. He walked us through the entire process. We were kept aware of the actual date the shower would be installed. The two workers who did the installation were friendly and very efficient. They did a great job of keeping the hallway and adjacent areas clean, cleaning up at the end of the day, and took the time to explain all the ins and outs of our new shower. I was very happy with the results.

I wad told j would qualify for some additional discounts but none were ever really provided. That was my fault. I should have backed out of the deal. Paid too much for a shower. The installers were great. Very polite and worked quickly. There was a knob missing for one of the shower doors, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Funny they call you enough when trying to make the deal but forget about you after the fact.

The entire experience of coverting the tub to a walk in shower with Bath Experts was excellent. Meeting with design consultant, Tom Fowler, was easy. He was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. Project coordinators Madeisha and Heaven kept me well informed. Both were professional and friendly. The day of installation was amazing! David and Mason worked as a well-oiled machine together. They were professional and friendly. I was amazed that it took less than a full day. They provided helpful information on cleaning and lifetime warranty. They cleaned everything up and removed all trash leaving the new, beautiful walkin shower as the only evidence that work was done. I appreciate a professional installation team that inspire confidence and do exactly what was expected in the best way possible. Thank you Bath Experts!

1st My Design Consultant Tschaun was so knowledgeable and helpful in creating our design for our Bath to Shower Conversion. The installers Troy and Jessie did the job fast efficiently and no mess was left behind. My experience was Great!!!

Pretty quick and satisfied with the end result. Definitely an improvement over what we had before. Sales guy was a bit misleading on certain things like the shelves and time before we could use the shower once completed. But overall happy and liked how we could construct the shower on the tablet and add in everything we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Had an inefficient dark tiled shower from late 90s replaced with a light gray marbled look walls with matte black fixtures. The guest bathroom was also from the 90s & had a tub surround which had seen better days. Replaced with a shower with same light gray walls & brushed nickel fixtures. Both bathrooms look awesome & we’re very happy with the finished showers. Ryan got us started with great ideas & also met Tony a few days later. Madaisha was my customer service rep & always helpful. Jordan & team were excellent, did a great job, & cleaned up when done. Everyone was very professional. Couldn’t ask for more!! Kudos to Bath Experts!! Highly recommend!

Installers were excellent and very professional. Although my new shower is a 100% improvement, very dissatisfied with the footprint of the shower, much smaller than anticipated which made me feel I vastly overpaid for what I received! I have two other bathroom upgrades I’m planning for, but will not use Bath Experts nor recommend!
