Bath Fitter of Memphis

Chris was my shower installer. He did an excellent job and explained all my questions. I would recommend Bath Fitter to those wanting to do it right the first time. It is expensive but the resale value on your home will make it worth it !

Communication was terrible. Times were set for someone to show up to inspect before work started, they were a no show and then was told the next day that the appointment was for a different day and time which I never confirmed. The day the work started after my old tub was removed was called and told the work we agreed upon couldn’t be done because of a vent pipe in the wall. I had to demand a new price quote because the shower was going to be different size. The representative didn’t think he should have to give me an updated quote, only said it would be cheaper. If old tub had not been removed I would not have let you do the work at point. Terrible communication and customer service. The salesman we dealt with would not return any calls, very poor customer service. The only positive was the installer who was very friendly, took pride in his work and did a good job. I will not recommend you to anyone just because of the non communication and the lack of keeping appointments and not being sure the work were told would be done could be.

Amazing work. They came in and told us exactly step by step the whole process. Very friendly salesman (former military) polite and punctual. Installation was seamless. They came in removed the old shower and had the new one installed in 2 days. I used the HISA grant from the VA to update my shower to accommodate my disabilities. The retail value was over $14,000 worth of work. They accepted the VA grant if $6,800 and wrote the rest off as a donation. They take great care of us Vets. I 100% recommend using them.

Everyone was very professional. Great customer service. Installers were great to work with. Overall we had a great experience and so far we love our bathtub and shower.

We are dissatisfied with Bath Fitter's customer service and installation. Despite repeatedly asking that measurements be taken correctly, my mother's concerns were ignored. The bench provided by the Veteran's Affairs (VA) has specific required dimensions, yet the installed shower platform is narrower, causing the bench to extend beyond it. As a result, the shower would flood the floor and would be unsafe to use.
The shower curtain rod was also installed higher than the standard, making it impractical. Most concerning, my father who is a veteran and AMPUTEE has been unable to utilize the shower since January 5th due to the error!
The Operation's Manager's(Brandon) response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Rather than providing a well deserved solution to correct the situation, my mother was threatened by Brandon for collections regardless whether she signs the contract for completion or not. This behavior is troubling especially when working with disabled veterans and the elderly. All she requested was to secure the measurement. She wanted a safe, functional installation for my father, which she did not receive to her satisfaction.

I liked the walk in shower, but it wasn’t a one day job as advertised so much. I find it hard to understand how one person could complete that amount of demolition and installation in one day! I felt bad the guy didn’t have any help no matter what level of experience he had. There was a lot of dust from the demolition and could have been something in place to vent the dust outside of the house. Now we’re left to clean up the dust. Overall it looks good but the throughout the house was a let down for me.

So happy I went with Bath Fitter. Delivered what they promised but more than that is the peace of mind knowing my mom has a safe shower to get in and out. And shout out to the installer Bryan who was traveling 2.5 hours from MS to TN for the work. He did a great job!!!

Bryan was very efficient with his work , taking time to make sure everything was as I had requested. Also, he was the cleanest workman I have had in my Condo in eighteen years. Bryan explained any questions I had and how to use my beautiful new shower. Thank you for sending such a kind individual to do this job!

Initial work done looked good at first but noticed insert wall was not adhering to the backing wall in some areas and drain was backing up. Called and a plumber was sent out immediately and thought he had corrected but next shower backed up again...they then sent someone to correct the issues and he did so earlier than anticipated and faster than anticipated found that the Initial installer had let pieces from the tub that was removed fall down the drain and into the p-trap. problem solved with drain and wall was fixed. rough start but they owned the errors and corrected them promptly.

The first initial consultation was informative and Brad was very enlightening and knowledgeable of the product which was affordable! That made us go with Bathfitters and we’re glad we did! Chris and Bryan were our installers and as you can see by the pictures, they did a beautiful job and were extremely professional and pleasant! Go with Bathfitters! You won’t regret it!
