The first initial consultation was informative and Brad was very enlightening and knowledgeable of the product which was affordable! That made us go with Bathfitters and we’re glad we did! Chris and Bryan were our installers and as you can see by the pictures, they did a beautiful job and were extremely professional and pleasant! Go with Bathfitters! You won’t regret it!

Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They arrived at our home on time. Before installation began we reviewed everything once again to make sure nothing had changed. No more stepping over the tub and risk falling. Awesome job.

Our installer was very professional. He was a very tidy worker. Our installer was very patient with us as we decided where we wanted grab bars, etc. placed in our shower. He was also very thorough explaining about how to care for our shower after he installed it.
We are very satisfied with everything so far and are looking forward to getting to use our new shower in 24 hours.

The Bath Fitter shower looks great. The installation Techs were knowledgeable and efficient. It’s still too Pricey but the installers did a super job.

Clay from sales was excellent in explaining exactly what would be done, the cost involved and was very friendly and personable. Did not feel overly pressured and everything he said would happen did.
They quickly set up an appointment for our one to two day installation.
Our installer Chris came out on that day at 8:30 in the morning and left I think around 6 PM and he worked nonstop to give us a beautiful shower. Installation was very transparent and we could see everything upfront along the way and they did exactly what the salesman said they would do. Chris was very personable, friendly but very efficient and knew what he was doing.
I have photos to show each stage so I know what is underneath everything.
Yes it’s not the cheapest but it is well worth the price knowing what we have, was done very well and beautiful We would use Bath Fitters again.

Overall great service from start to finish. Great communication and everyone from office staff, sales person and both installer were very professional and courteous. Won’t even use your garbage container, took all the trash back with them. I will definitely recommend and will use them in future.

My wife and I are very pleased with our new shower. I am impressed with the short length of time it took for the worker to build it. He was finished with the job less than two days. The quality of his work is superb. I highly recommend Bath Fitter if your bathroom needs a face lift.

My technician was so professional and very respectful. I felt comfortable with him working in my home while I worked. He arrived on time and finished in a very timely manner. I’m very satisfied with my soaker tub/ shower combination. This was my second install with Bath Fitter Memphis.

Sales representative was great not pushy at all listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to up sale us. Didn’t take long to get a date to install. Was done in a day and is just what we wanted.
