Bath Fitter

I would give Bath Fitter of Utah 20 stars if it were possible. We moved into our home a year ago. The master bath included a tub which was an old Jacuzzi style that was leaking and uncomfortable. The shower was so small, I used it for a storage area, we took both our baths and showers in the guest bathroom. We decided for a remodel. Bath Fitter was the first appointment we made, and they came out very quickly. They were professional, They were helpful and certainly not overbearing or aggressive trying to make a sale. Both my husband and I were impressed. Nevertheless, my husband is a professional estimator and has worked with subcontractors for most of his career so he wanted at least three other bids. He knows the construction business. None of the other appointments passed his discernment and professional opinion. Without question, we went back to Bath Fitter of Utah. They helped us with a custom design. The demo was done promptly and within the agreed-upon timeframe. They kept the work area clean throughout, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Unfortunately, that’s not a given. We scheduled for the installation of the custom deep soaker tub and shower. Kenyon, the lead on the team was astounding. The job was efficient, he was thorough. He answered my questions, clearly. He did a beautiful job. Both my husband and I were impressed by his professional behavior, his work quality and his work ethic. In spite of the fact that this was a custom job, the installation took two days. We are waiting for the glass, which is also a special order. Kenyon took care of coordinating that also. I am so glad we chose this company. I’m submitting before and after pictures and as soon as his beautiful caulking, job was dry, I decorated the bathtub which I love… I know I will feel the same about the shower as soon as the glass is all installed. So thanks again and I recommend Kenyon and Bath Fitter of Utah wholeheartedly.

If I could give Chris (our installer) and Bath Fitters a hundred stars, it would not be enough. They were all awesome and I am so very happy that we chose them to remodel our small walk in shower. I wasn’t smart enough to take before pictures, but it was a mess. Our house was built in 1972 and nothing had been touched in that shower since. Bath Fitters made everything such a breeze for us. A gentleman named Steve came and gave us a lot of information and a bid. We decided to finance it and he helped us to set that up. Our installer (Chris) came Thursday morning and started demolition of our old, yucky tiles. He spent all day Thursday working because for some reason, the shower had double tiles and a ton of concrete and mortar. Friday morning he came back and began working on it. He worked a 12 hour day on Friday, but had to come ack again today (7/4). He took his time and he made sure each and every part of it met our satisfaction. He was amazing! We gained about an extra foot of shower space after the concrete and tile was removed. He finished up this afternoon and when I saw our new shower, I cried. Bath Fitters is a stand up company. Everything has a lifetime warranty that is transferable. We prefer a hand held shower head and they will come back to put it in for us. If anything breaks or cracks, it will be replaced. I’m so happy that we went with them. Everyone that I talked to at Bath Fitters was so friendly, helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of a shower remodel. And if you are, hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Chris as your installer. Thank you Bath Fitters and thank you Chris! I never imagined that our shower could look so nice!

I had a shower bathtub combo and had it replaced with a walk in shower. Kenyon did an awesome job! Very fast and efficient and so nice. He started around 8:00 am and was finished just before 3:00 pm. It looks great! Before, during, and after photos. I am very pleased. 😀

Guillermo is the best and always will be. He's done two bathrooms for me and my family. So professional and honest. He really takes pride in his work and the quality is unmatched. He went above and beyond for me making sure I love my new shower. I highly recommend him as an installer but also bath fitter in general. Easy straight forward selections and beautiful craftsmanship.

Kenyon and Mark did an amazing job!!! They were super friendly and very professional. At first I was a little skeptical when they said they would be in and out of the house and finished in one day. I didn’t think one person would be able to replace an entire tub, turn it into a shower, and replace the walls, pipes, and finish around the window in one day.

They stayed true to their word and finished everything in one day and it all turned out awesome!! I appreciate how much they cared and wanted to make sure everything was exactly how my wife and I planned it.

Mark Diamond and Josh Massey worked on the Jacuzzi tub to walk-in shower conversion. It was a very technical work to fit in the existing space with several 45 degree angles. They answered every questions we had with kindness. We are so pleased with their exceptional craftsmanship.
They cleaned every step of the way, and when they finished, all the mess were gone like a magic. We highly recommend them and Bath Fitter.

On 2/5/26, I paid a deposit of $775 to Bath fitters to replace a tub which we understood had lifetime warranty. Water kept getting between the porcelain tub and the bath fitter tub.
After ordering a new tub for $2,500 I discovered I was the victim of an online scam and immediately called Bath Fitters and requested cancellation and a refund because I no longer had the money to pay for the new tub. The company has refused to return the deposit despite the order not being completed.
I am requesting a full refund of my deposit.”

We have LOVED our experience with bathfitter from our sales appointments with Steve, to meeting our installer Guillermo. Let me say he went above and beyond for us! He finished what should have been a 2 day job in the promised 1 day! Our bathroom came out exactly as we imagined. The attention to detail our installer had was impressive. He made every measurement ACCURATE, he was so precise, and really cared about the work he was doing. Did didn’t take a short cut on any step. Believe me I watched the entire install in amazement. Bath Fitter’s process, materials, and price in service is why we knew we were making the right choice hiring them. I could go on and on raving about our experience. If you’re not sure about the investment or the quality TRUST me when I tell you “it’s been worth every penny!” I e are extremely satisfied. Thank you Guillermo, Steve, the staff in office, and the sales rep Danny who stood in on the process watching with me! P.S. if they have their sales reps learn on site and watch it front to end they don’t have anything to hide and no wonder they warranty their work. Seriously, just unmatched!! I’ll share some photos of the process start to end!

Bathfitters are terrible at communicating , with the customer , with information on when the install would be coming .
I contacted them after not hearing anything for 3 months . I only received one email in the very beginning . Communication was terrible ..
In saying that the fellow that came and installed the shower was very professional and precise . And I love the job .
I was surprised then to be charged the following day to the balance owing without knowing it would be charged no further email was ever received .
No call was followed up to let me know when the installer was coming unless I had contacted them .
Poor poor communication to make sure I even received the emails which I did not , although they said they had sent them . Further follow up should always be done as far as I am concerned for such a big reputable buisness to make sure I had received the emails which I did not .

It was a great experience with replacing my old bathtub to shower. The company is located in Deerfield, Florida. Steve was a very friendly and hard-working guy who did a great job in my house.
