Kenyon was great! Very polite and knowledgeable! We loved his concern with keeping the mess at a minimal throughout the day as he went along. We tried offering to go by him lunch & offering him bottled waters and he didn’t want to be a bother I guess because he respectfully declined. I can honestly say that between Kenyon, and Jeff who came out to propose our new shower and closed the deal with no pressure all went above and beyond to make this happen. We didn’t even need a New shower. We had a bath bathtub and shower install installed five years ago and it still looked perfect. We just wanted the bathtub out of there and shower only. And Bolt experiences with this company have been awesome. We recommend them highly. Thanks again Kenyon for going above & beyond & the great job you did installing it. Thank you, Jeff, for help get to this point!

Our installer Blake was a pleasure. Super nice guy, and he did a phenomenal job. We did a tub to shower conversion, and our ceiling was a little too high for the ceiling panel, and he walked us through the options and gave his best advice and it turned out beautifully. I would also like to mention our sales guy Tyson and over the phone Marty, for tremendous service and friendliness. It’s obvious that the people here really enjoy what they do, which in a lot of cases like my own, is genuinely helping people. The whole process was super easy, no high pressure sales, which will always make me run the other way. The results are spectacular, and I learned a lot throughout. I highly recommend using Bathfitter if you’re in the market. We will be doing our other bathroom as well as soon as I can afford it! Thanks to this wonderful company! Before and after photos below.
