Mark came and did a far better job putting in our tub than we had ever expected.
Our home was built in 1896. He heard that, didn’t bat an eye and got to work. Took out old plumbing and put in new, made sure everything would be perfect for the new tub and it sure is.
To quote my 7-year-old: “Our new tub is super cool and super great!” Not only did Mark explain everything incredibly well, he put up with our two kids asking him questions and generally chatting his ears off, and he did it all with a smile.
When we’re ready to do another tub, will definitely be getting another Bath Fitter tub and hope that Mark can help us again.

After 5 years of dealing with our DIY shower, we decided to invest the money and have Bath Fitters set us up for success. Guillermo did an incredible job. He was friendly and got the whole thing done in one day! He also gave great advice for how to configure our shower with shelves. We just received our custom shower installs. Josh took the time to make sure everything was perfect, as if he were installing the shower in his own home. I appreciate the level of communication and his dedication to quality, practicality, and safety. The driving force to get these new showers was so that my mom had a safe walk in shower and he made sure the placement of all handrails, fixtures, and shelving systems would meet the needs of my mother. Martin took care of the downstairs shower and he had his work cut out for him when it came to leveling. He listened to all of my requests to ensure we were on the same page so that he could deliver the results. The space was small, and the height of the shower wasn't much to work with, but he did a superb job. I would recommend Bath Fitters for anyone looking for custom bath installs.

Mark came out and was on time, and worked continuously all day. The bathtub is beautiful.
The price was higher than I had intended to pay, but I was grateful to not have to pick out my own tub and fixtures, so I thought it worth the extra money. It was a challenge getting the tub in, but he and his partner did a beautiful job! I suffered some cabinet and wall paint chips, but it was understandable due to the small space that they had to work with.

This was seriously the easiest home remodel ever. From them coming to the house for measurements and picking out just what I wanted to actually getting the bathrooms done. The guy that came to do the install was professional and was so pleasant.(I can’t remember his name) He did a phenomenal job with both bathrooms. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to put new showers in.

Everything from Rick helping us make our choices to Mark working his tail off was fantastic. We can’t give Mark enough praise on his work ethic and how excellent his work is. Our job had quite a bit of demolition.Mark kept the mess and the dust confined to the bathroom. Mark is what we consider to be the best contractor we have ever worked with.
