Bath Fitter

We wanted to redo the kids shower/tub and decided to call Bath Fitter. Our Sales Rep, Bob, was great to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure which was nice. Our installer, Gauge, was also very easy to work with. He was on time, did a great job explaining everything and walking through the process for the day, quality looking job. We are very happy with both the process and end result! Thanks!

Recently I had Bath Fitter come and remove my bathtub and shower and install a walk-in shower. They did a fantastic job! The two men who did the work knew exactly what they were doing and got in done in a matter of hours. I would have thought it would take a couple of days. My friends had all said that I would love the walk-in shower and I thought what is the big deal. But they were right. It is awesome! I highly recommend Bath Fitter. I thought the price was reasonable for the work done and the installers were professional and I am extremely happy with my new shower!

We desperately needed to update the 1976 bathtub in the home we just purchased and called Bath fitters for a consultation. The sales guy was very helpful. After looking at our tub he informed us we had a leak behind our wall, which he could tell by the sound when he knocked on it. We had some water in our kitchen below that we couldn't figure out, turns out, he was correct. They came out to install the new tub over our existing tub, and repair drywall with the leak. Everything was great! We've had a few issues since, but they are always incredibly responsive and helpful. Our issues haven't been with the product itself but plumbing around and below the tub (years of neglect and DIY handiwork), they always help and/or recommend a plumber (even helped arrange additional repairs). I cannot say enough good things, I'm super pleased with the end product and service. Would absolutely recommend and use them again for updates!

Salesman was super nice. Gave feedback on his thoughts which i greatly appreciated. Technicians came out to complete final checks and measurements to make sure everything was accurate. They arrived on time on the installations date. Had it fully completed in 1 day. Super nice group of guys. Did an amazing job!

Bath Fitters was very professional from beginning to end. Everyone I encountered was very nice and made sure to treat my home like their own! They made sure to get the accurate measurements and kept us up to date to the process. The day of installation, at the end of the day when it was finished, the gentleman made sure I looked at the finished product and showed me how it worked! We had a different set up with finished product so that was very helpful. Would recommend Bath Fitters to anyone that is redoing their bath/shower!

It took a few calls to bath fitters before I was connected to the right person who could help. After I ordered and paid for the accessories I had bath fitters install I needed to call again to get the installation scheduled. So I was not impressed by their responsiveness. The installer seemed to know what he was doing but was in a bit of a hurry to meet a personal commitment. I do like the high quality of the materials and the workmanship that Bath Fitters provides and I do highly recommend them.
