These guys are the height of professionalism. Christopher Hamersley and James Donsing were solid consultants. They walked me through my second shower conversion and answered all my questions thoroughly. They're respectful, knowledgable and quick to answer any and all questions you may have regarding the job they have to do. The guys that installed my new shower were really good and did a fantastic job. I'm extremely happy that I found this company and I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience working with Josh, Salesman from Bath Planet. He was very thorough with all the designs for our newly installed shower. We absolutely love our new shower and the professional installation, which I might add was completed in 1 day. I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking for a new shower.

Wonderful experience from start to end. My sales rep Raamiz- was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me design the best layout for our bathroom shower. The people who did the installation were also very good at what they were doing. Highly recommend this company! What a big change! We love our new shower! The guys worked hard all day transforming our 70s tub into a wonderful walk-in shower. We did have a slight issue when we first tried to use our shower. Customer service was amazing and helped us quickly get our shower up and running. Would highly recommend their service.

I had a walk-in shower put in instead of my 1980's shower and tub. I had an excellent salesman (Dave) who explained everything and measured. There were plenty of choices of styles and materials. I liked that the company was here in Illinois. The two-man crew ( Darryl and Tony) arrived on time to do the one-day installation. They were very polite and efficient. They cleaned everything up once done and hauled away the old tub.
This wasn't an inexpensive project, but I am very satisfied with the process and results. My new walk-in shower will be wonderful!

From start to finish was a positive experience. Sales Rep Nathan was a very nice young man, easy to talk with, very patient fielded our many questions informatively, and with Bath Planet's many wall surround selections, was able to create a tub to shower conversion of our dreams, including needed handles and a flip down seat. Installers Jesus and Manny were a great team, arrived timely and worked purposefully, and finished our project work with an impeccablly finished look in one day. They brought a modern look from our crumbling 1950's tub/shower, to a non-slip easy access shower with beautiful marble-like wall look with a safe, non slip surface that we're proud of. Glad my brother Al recommended them.

About 4 years ago at the Orland Park Mall at Christmas time we stopped and talked to a representative of bath planet, at that we were just inquiring, so 4 years later we were at the point that we were ready to get the bath tub removed and a walk in shower installed. So we called bath planet first and they sent a representative named Marcus out and he gave us the demonstration of what was to be done and the warranty. Super nice man. Any way we had the walk in shower installed and the installers were very professional and cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. See pictures of before and after.

From start to finish, this bathroom remodeling project was a great experience. To start off, I enjoyed working with Caleb on planning, designing, and financing my remodel - he knows his job well and offers great insight. The crew arrived and completed the remodel in a timely manner, about 6 hours with a little plumbing snafu along the way. Working with the crew was fun and interesting! The three crew members were truly an international group - representing Bulgaria, Nepal, Mexico. I am enjoying a shower more than ever! I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

I only have great things to say about Bath Planet. From start to finish everything when smooth. Excellent workmanship with quality materials. My installers were great and very professional. My bathroom now looks wonderful. I highly recommend them.

We needed to replace our shower due to age, right before the holidays (no less). Bath Planet was very informative and took the time to fully understand our wants and needs. They had many options for us to choose from and ensured that our new shower was installed prior to having guests in our house for the holidays, which was a quick turnaround. This is even more impressive noting that there was a minor setback with our materials arriving to their warehouse in imperfect condition from the supplier. When the issue was realized, they were communicative, professional, and kind enough to book us a day later with replacement parts at virtually no inconvenience to us. Their installation team was courteous, skilled, and thorough, completing everything for us in 1 day. We are very happy with our new shower and would work with Bath Planet again in the future.
