Drivers if you are late for your appointment more than 15 minutes you have to reschedule your appointment for next day .And if you think 18 minutes is still OK the answer is no zero stars

This company will not stop calling you even if you give them your number to stop calling . they are disgusting people who give you an attitude when you don’t want their help. Shame on you guys . absolutely foul.

This company is terrible to deal with. Their product is the lowest grade for showers that can be manufactured. It’s basically like buying something from China.

If you receive a damaged item from them 95% of the time you are stuck paying for the mistake. They will even hold your account if you don’t make the payment.

Their shower bases will peel, and yellow very quickly.

There are a lot of products out there. I would stay away from any company that’s trying to tell you this is something special. This is the bottom barrel. It is the cheapest product you can get

The place is very narrow and you have to park the truck in the blind spots, the workers inside the office are not nice, They are like little children really the worst place for drivers , do not come here

I had an issue with a dealer by the name of Palmetto Bath and when I called BCI Acrylics about the 3-panel cut system being filled in with brown silicone they went to Palmetto Bath and discussed my issue with Conan Daryl Edwards. Folks this 3 piece panel cut will cause you leaks in any shower or tub. Fill in that special sauce that BCI makes and your tub is guaranteed to get water leaks in a short time. Conan at Palmetto Bath is such a nice human being as he bullies everyone. If you have issues at BCI and their dealers your outcome will not be good.

Griselda (manager) works at BCI and harasses the men that work for the company. She also racially profiles her workers and continuously uses verbal abuse. THERE SHOULD NEVER BE A MANAGER/WORKER HARASSING ANYONE IN OR OUTSIDE OF WORK! I hope this reaches corporate because firing someone off of a “second warning” but continuously harasses them isn’t right. DO NOT APPLY HERE THEY RACIAL PROFILE !! ESPECIALLY GRISELDA !!!
