He had samples of color and style which was Super Helpful in tailoring my purchase.

The technician, Nathan arrived at stated time. He was very helpful in supplying information concerning a door operating issue. He and I discussed a few work arounds to confirm the source of an operational problem. He spent about a half hrs. with me. He is very knowledgeable of his trade. I highly recommend him.

We used Besser 30 years ago and had a great experience, so of course we used them again to replace our garage door. The technician Frank worked so hard to get the door done and he did a great job. If we had questions during the process he had no problem answering them. At the end he took the time to explain everything. Great job. We would definitely refer them to friends and family.

Paul was absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish, he was informative, kind, and punctual — everything you hope for when scheduling home service. He took the time to clearly explain all the work he was doing and made sure I understood how to properly maintain my garage door to keep it in great condition long-term.

What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was. He didn’t rush the job, answered all my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely cool and easy person to talk to, which made the experience even better.

Great experience. Josh was at my house two hours after I called Besser for help fixing my garage door. Literally, within a few seconds, Josh had diagnosed the issue….and then fixed it. Devin was incredibly helpful! We had a rat chew through the weather stripping in our garage, and he took the time to walk us through our unique garage system, performed a thorough 29-point inspection, and provided several quotes for different potential repair scenarios we may need in the future. I learned a lot about our garage because of Devin. He was timely, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. We will absolutely call again and request Devin for any future garage needs.

Besser was referred to me by my neighbor who uses them for annual maintenance. I had four other companies come to quote replacement of our broken spring. Besser was not the cheapest quote but apples to apples they offered the best solution for the price. They’ve been around so you can rely on them if things go sour.

I called Chief Garage Doors Service Inc yesterday for a strut replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Scheduling was a breeze, which was a relief considering how busy my week has been. Christopher, the technician, arrived right on time and was totally competent from the start. He explained everything clearly and got to work right away. The speed was lightning fast; I barely had time to grab a cup of coffee before he was done!
