Bone Dry Roofing

First time homeowner here. Had to have our chimney demolished and rebuilt and our roof replaced. The entire Bone Dry team was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. 10/10 would use again for all our future home projects!

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent job repairing my roof. The other 2 roofing companies came to my house to repair our roof before Bone Dry. The other companies didn't properly repair our roof and they didn't respond after my return request.

The Bone Dry team was efficient and quick. Contacts and follow ups were top notch by Jordan and Jack Pollard. The repairman, Luis Jarquin, did a good job to find the source of leak and repaired our roof. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

The Bone Dry crew were wonderful. Our roof looks great and we feel good knowing the work was properly done. We also very much appreciate how well they protected the entry ways and landscaping, and did a great job of cleaning up. Thank you!

Awesome job‼️ Thank you for going above and beyond with getting my roof, B-Vent Pipe, & gutters replaced. Thank you for doing the insulation in my attic. Everyone was very professional and polite! I was not disappointed! I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing!

I’d really like to give a 4.5. Bone Dry was great to work with from quoting through job completion. I was incredibly impressed with communication from the project foreman during the work. He was in touch multiple times throughout the day with updates and pictures. This was especially helpful as we were away during the work.

The only issue we had was a squirrel entered the house through the open chimney at some point during the project. It was able to open the cover to the fireplace and get out to roam the house. It caused some damage that we are presently looking to get fixed. I addressed this with Bone Dry via the text thread wondering if it was standard practice to plug the open flues in some way to prevent this, but haven’t yet heard back.

Bone Dry Roofing has been great from beginning to end!! Ryan was excellent helping me to choose my roofing needs!!! He took pictures and showed the damage to my roof!!! I want to thank Mr. Judd and his Team for doing a great job on our roof. We had a few hiccups along the way as this was a very large project but i am sticking with a 5 star review as i feel they worked with us when something came up to resolve it. The roof looks amazing and another foot of insulation added should keep us warm this winter. I will update this if we have issues later but for now i am happy with Bone Dry. Mr. Judd is very involved in this company and the community as a whole and i can appreciate that.
