Broussard home services is an incredible family owned business. As a military family we were looking for someone reliable and veteran owned to assist us when we were stationed at JBLM. They accommodated every request in a timely manner and are some of the kindest people. They truly care about their clients and make that very clear from the jump. Their communication is top notch and we're always willing to discuss concerns at any time of the day, even outside of business hours. Having moved from the east coast we were not looking forward to finding someone new, but we are so incredibly thankful to have stumbled upon Phil and his business. If you want kind, courteous, and thorough service id absolutely recommend them 100%. We will be calling them for any future services. Thank you for being so wonderful to me and my family.

I hired Broussard for a complicated project for my home. This was my second big project with Broussard. It involved roofing, carpentry, window installation, structural changes, decking and railing. They did a solid job. I would recommend.

We hired Broussard Home Services to side our garage in July 2024. The work started ahead of schedule and was completed, including paint, in a week. Everyone at Broussard was pleasant and professional and the work was done exactly as requested. The final cost matched the initial estimate . We will hire Broussard again for our next project. Update: 01/2024
Recently we noticed a water leak around the chimney, called Phillip with Broussard. He was very responsive and fixed the leak promptly. This is a company that stands behind their work and recommend them highly!

We had our roof done by Broussard home services and the guy came out and talked with me about what needed To be done and one of the things was water damage to the osb sheets well I was told that all sheets that were compromised would be replaced. After it was done my roof looks like it's got waves in it I told the guy and he said let it settle and let the heat of summer make it sit right well I have done that and now you can see where almost every truss is underneath. I tried calling 3 times and I get a secretary who takes all my info down then tells me that they will have someone get ahold of me to come and look at it and Noone every does like I said this has happened 3 time with the secretary each time giving about a month to recieve any contact back. I don't like speaking negatively about anyone or a company but so far this company does not hold to its warranties and gaurantees I would like to say something positive here but I cant.

In your reply you say you called me back this is not true. And also I have a copy of the contract stating any and all damaged sheathing would be replaced. This was not done at all. If you'd like I can post a copy of it here. Or you can call me back and make this right as per the contract.

Scheduled time off of work to meet this guy for a quote. What a mistake that was! This guy is a complete waste of time. He showed up and I explained everything that needed to be done. Of which he took absolutely no written notes or measurements. Acted like he was interested and said he could do it. Said he was going to email me a quote. Waited a few days never received that quote. So i followed up via text message and phone call. But still no response, no email, no text message, absolutely nothing! If you try calling this guy it goes to some 3rd party answering service/appointment taker operator who asks you bunch of questions and only wants to schedule you an appointment. I believe 3rd party companies "telemarketers" like this get paid for every appointment they can schedule. DON'T BE FOOLED! THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE COMPANY. They will only "We will relay this information and appointment setting to the business party." DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME!
