Gary was our salesperson and he was so knowledgeable, patient, and available with every phone call in question I had. When it came time to bring the spa, the delivery crew was outstanding and even when I wasn't sure what location it should go in and was a little bit flustered, they were so helpful and knowledgeable about how to place it and making sure that they made me happy that it was such an amazing experience all the way around. I would definitely recommend them!

The sales team is great. Service is good. You will have them at your house a few times a year. The product looks amazing but the quality is poor. Bullfrog does not stand behind their lack of quality, instead they will blame the obvious material issue on you and say it’s “chemicals” Pretty clear by the pictures it’s not chemicals as the parts that were replaced in the beginning as a defect don’t look like the yellow parts today.

Great selection of hot tubs. The excellent selection of jet packs is what sold us. Not to mention the staff knows their equipment. If you have a question, they can answer it. If they can't, they will be happy to find out.

Let me be clear, this 1 star review is for Bullfrog as a company, not specifically for this location or their people. In fact, Gary (store manager) has been very receptive to helping me resolve the issues with my spa but unfortunately he doesn’t walk on water and the people beyond him have failed to resolve the problem after many attempts. For almost a year now, I have been waiting for Bullfrog to replace the panels on my spa that have been assembled incorrectly and installed on my spa. It started with the finish flaking off and across 5 service requests, they have failed to resolve the issue. They actually came out 4 of those times and replaced the incorrectly assembled panels with more incorrectly assembled panels. After the 4th service visit, I was contacted by the area manager (John) who I explained everything to and asked that he address the issue directly with their assembly to get it corrected once and for all. He assured me that he would. Ultimately the next shipment of panels were the same thing. John ended up calling to tell me that the AZ assembly people did not have the correct tools/equipment to assemble the panels correctly and they were working on getting them those tools. That was months ago and I haven’t heard anything from Bullfrog. I called Gary about it last week and asked that John call me again, he said he would. I haven’t heard anything from John. It’s a beautiful spa but if you have service issues, good luck. You would think that if you spend $16k on a spa, it would be a high quality experience on all levels.

We’ve had a terrific experience working with Gary at the Chandler store. He was patient and helpful with all of our questions the three times we went in the store. It’s a big decision to invest in a hot tub and we’re so glad we chose a Bullfrog spa. Josh and the crew that came out to set it up for us were super helpful. We had ours delivered and then set in place a month later after the pavers were installed and organizing that went well too. We are very happy with our A7L and highly recommend it.

I purchased a Bullfrog Spa in 2022 and it has been a great spa. Unfortunately my rating drops way down due to the customer service, mainly on the service side. I have had a handful of issues with the spa and to get proper service and someone to show up has been a task. The front panels of the spa continue to warp and they have no solution for it except to continue to replace them. And to get them replaced takes months. Almost every service call I have had results in about 3 visits and reschedules because of the wrong part or not part at all being ordered and also a tech saying that he showed up and did the repairs, but really never showed up. This past service I have been dealing with since October and we are now almost in February, it seems the service calls are either never put in or they show up with the wrong part and the call gets pushed back another month. They were supposed to show up with a new front panel and a new cover for the spa and 2 new strips to cover the sides. They showed up only with the front panel, again this is since October for this specific call. The tech had no clue about the cover and had to pull slats from in his truck for another fix. It’s also impossible to get someone on the phone. I have called the number that they tell me to call to get in contact, left messages and no response, so I end up have to drive to the closet store to talk to someone and get updates. Overall, the hot tub feels great to sit in, but there customer service really needs some help. It’s been over 2 years of dealing with it and it’s a struggle.

I recently purchased the A6L. The delivery was spotty with the installation as I was left with a Spa that had 2 issues, one with the Covermate III system (They stripped the screws trying to put it together) and the second was the waterfall didn't work. The tech that came out a few days later was great and resolved both issues. After a couple of weeks, the foam on the Covermate handles broke apart and spilt about halfway, more so because of the design. I asked the salesperson in the Chandler office what to do and was told she usually has people cut it and tape the end, apparently, it's a known issue, sad. I responded that I prefer replacements as that would look cheap, no response yet about that. 2 days have passed, and I noticed the control panel, (there are 2 besides the main control), stopped working. I sent that off to them and still no response. It's a sad system when corporate has no way of filing a warranty issue besides going to the store you purchased it from. At this point I am not sure I would ever recommend Bullfrog Spas.
Update 8-6-24, I just wanted to update this review and say Gary from the Chandler showroom stepped up to the plate and provided an immediate response to my concerns. He resolved both issues and I have enjoyed the spa ever since.

I love the A7 spa I have had for a couple of years. They do a great job selling the spa and I am glad I have this one. This could easily be a 5 star review, but when you pay TOP DOLLAR you expect high quality after service when it comes to warranty work and support. We have a relatively minor warranty situation that amounts to maybe $50 cost but getting them to get this done has taken 6 months and its still not done. the wooden corner moldings needs to be replaced and literally the store is completely inept in returning calls or getting the right item ordered. They need to improve.

We walked into Bullfrog Spas in Chandler and met Gary and walked out with a brand new spa! Gary is an excellent sales person/manager and informed us on the spa and why this one was better than others (since we have had spas before we could understand his selling points),. the coolest thing was the jet packs, and that was the ultimate reason why we chose them. Our landscaping was being done in May 2024 for the new house and we wanted it all to go in at the same time. Gary set it all up, got them working on making our spa, the installers called in time to get it scheduled for the same time as the landscapers. We used the electrician they suggested and they were fantastic also. The installer dudes arrived with the spa and set it up. They were also a fantastic bunch of young guys and super helpful explaining the where’s and how’s to of the spa. All around, we couldn't be happier with the spa, the sales team, the installers, just everyone at Bullfrog has been great. We have been back a few times since installation, if we are in the area. Gary showed us the swim spas.....hmmmm....should we upgrade???? :)

We had the very best experience purchasing from bullfrog spas! We met with Kourtney at the gilbert location. She listened to our needs and helped us pick the best spa! Water therapy with different jet options was our main goal for our hot tub. She was patient and took the time to explain the details of the spa options. Financing was so easy! She even recommended the very best electrician so we could get electrical installed. Delivery was within two weeks and jennifer scheduled around our electrical install. Day of delivery was perfect! The team was careful, quick and took the time to explain all we needed to do before they left. In fact, It was so quick and easy that we enjoyed our first soak the same night!
Highly recommend that you put bullfrog on your list when shopping for a spa!
