The only way to post a review is to give a star. This company doesn’t deserve any stars. This is also the address that comes up for Sunstrong management, which took over Sunnova. STAY FAR AWAY!! They do not care about their customers. I am fully in contract to sell my dad’s house, and for 3 weeks I have been trying to get a transfer started. They do NOT respond to emails, the customer service is a nightmare, and the agents actually laugh at you, audibly, when you ask for a supervisor, then tell you the supervisors are too busy to talk to you. They are going to cost me the sale of the house as the closing date is approaching and Sunstrong Management is completely ignoring me.
Also, they sent me an email with instructions for logging in to the app, but it just keeps saying ‘not available’. This has been the most stressful experience TRYING to work with a company. But I’ll bet they’re right on the phone when the money runs out from the estate.

This is the old Sunnova. Sunnova was so bad that it had to rebrand and is now operating as SunStrong. It’s the same company, just a different name.
My account was recently transferred to SunStrong without any real choice. Everything they promised turned out to be false. Poor service, misleading information, and broken promises.
Stay away from this company. Total scam. Don’t get caught up like I did.

I have not had any solar production since July, yet I continue to be billed every month as if my system is working. On top of that, they increased my monthly amount without explanation and added fees that were never disclosed or justified.
Customer service is a nightmare. It takes hours just to get someone on the phone, and when you finally reach a representative—who I am always polite and respectful to—you are transferred repeatedly or disconnected. You will never speak to a manager, no matter how many times you ask.
Despite submitting multiple service requests and making over 10 calls, no technician has ever come out, and my solar system remains nonfunctional.
I escalated the issue to the Better Business Bureau, but even then nothing was resolved. Instead, they falsely claimed my system was shut off due to past-due billing, which is completely untrue. My account was current, and I have proof of payment.
This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. Being charged for months for a system that does not work, while being ignored and misled, is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience and a complete headache from start to finish.

The worst experience. Could give a zero or a negative value if I could. My Sunnova system, with whom I had no issues, sold the solar business to Sunstrong. Nightmare begins. Started charging increased amount without even notifying. Claims they didn't get the amount Despite it clearly showing on my bank's statement that they took the money. Despite me being on autopay, charges more than they should. First emailed that my account is deliquent. After being on hold for 2 hours, someone answers and promises all will soon be fine. I am still waiting. Account still not updated despite taking my money and Refund of excess is, well good luck. Getting to speak to an agent is a NIGHTMARE. On hold for over two hours, to talk to an agent who apparently cannot do anything. Says notes taken on my account, but in reality does nothing and I start all over again with the next agent, after the call gets 'promptly' disconnected. Sometimes, I am told that I am transferred to some special division and call just gets disconnected. They also make a promise that they will call me back if the call gets disconnected. That magic call never comes. Been trying to resolve my issue with them but to no avail. REALLY DISAPPOINTED that Sunnova business was given to such a company. Like someone else said here, I will also take this matter with BBB.

please DO NOT do business with Sunpower Corporation. I had 15 solar panels installed. After 1 year 14 panels are NOT working. They should be covered under warranty- however 6 months later Sunpower has not fixed them. I call and am told someone will call me back- but no one ever does. They refuse to transfer call to management and they refuse to give case manager contact information. In addition- the case manager does NOT call back. This has been going on for 6 months. Meanwhile- I am paying higher utility rates. **DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNPOWER CORPORATION**
