Don't get solo from this company they change where you send the billing and they don't tell you where to send it

Door to door soliciting, ignores no soliciting sign anyways.

please DO NOT do business with Sunpower Corporation. I had 15 solar panels installed. After 1 year 14 panels are NOT working. They should be covered under warranty- however 6 months later Sunpower has not fixed them. I call and am told someone will call me back- but no one ever does. They refuse to transfer call to management and they refuse to give case manager contact information. In addition- the case manager does NOT call back. This has been going on for 6 months. Meanwhile- I am paying higher utility rates. **DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNPOWER CORPORATION**

Great service

This is by far the worst company that I have ever invested in. Not only did they take longer to install my solar panels then what they promised, Now come to find out months later they're not working properly because fifteen light-years put them on the wrong spot of my roof so it's not getting the optimal sun that it should be getting for me to be saving money. I've had to pay two high electric Bill's on top of the loan payment. Its costing more money to have solar panels and that is a problem save yourself the headache and do not go with this company the lack of communication is ridiculous I wish I never purchased this from them.

Energy Consultant is knowledgeable, informative and personable. Upon researching the solar panels I found SunPower's to be the best in the industry. I look forward to installation and activation.

I feel this was the better choice since they have been a round for a long time and any parts needed are produced at a sister company.
