We had a new deck built in our back yard. Steve did a great job explaining all options we had available to us and working with us on what was best for us. He understood what we were looking for and offered specific insights to our personal situation. They were all very accommodating during the process especially since it was during the holiday season. They brought attention to detail and made sure everything was right before it was considered complete. Great to work with and plan to work with them again on our next house project.

The new siding on our house looks fantastic. Carlos did a good job keeping the cost down and authorized some extra touches to make the house look just that much better. David was my main point of contact and he always called me back as soon as possible, during working hours or after hours to answer my questions. David also worked with me on financing to get the best rates. I highly recommend them.

EDIT: My windows have been installed, and I am very happy! These are the things that I appreciated about this company:
1. The windows were done before the dates they estimated, so it got done sooner than expected.
2. The crew was on time both days.
3. The crew was careful about my house - when they had to make a mess by sawing etc. on the outside, they put plastic up on the inside so dust didn't go all over my house.
4. They vacuumed up afterward.
5. They were careful about my landscaping.
6. The windows are wonderful, and they did a nice job on trimming.
7. This was a manufactured home in a park. Not all contractors will not only work on this kind of home, but offer financing.
8. The owner of the company was onsite and supervising the job and communicated well.
Kudos to David Lopez, and the entire crew.

We purchased a tub to shower install in June 24 and a scheduled install date of August 13. So imagine my surprise when nobody showed up and not even a phone call. Once the installers did show they did a great job. Both were very professional. Once these people get their money the salesman’s phone went right to voicemail then went out of service. The women that work the phones were almost as invisible. Wish you all the luck in the world with these folks. Almost forgot that
If you want to cancel the job be prepared to hunt for a telegraph office. They don’t accept email or over the phone. I’ll be at the saloon awaiting for jimmy Joe bob to work on his typing skills.

We had a very positive experience getting a new roof quote and working out price options with Alexis. She was very knowledgeable about the state of our current roof and what did and didn't need to be done to better protect our home. After getting a quote with another company, we ended up going with Cabrera because we were sold on their product, knowledge, and warranty. We look forward to our new roof, coming soon - we'll provide updates in a bit.
UPDATE 6/25 - Our roof was scheduled and completed with initial ease. The final cost was a bit more than quoted because the roofers found some fascia boards that needed replacement. The final roof product looked great. However a few weeks later our house painters discovered a rotted barge board that hadn't been replaced. Removing and replacing it would affect the roof shingles underneath, so I contacted Alexis. She immediately jumped on the situation, getting in touch with the roofers and her team, and within a few days the roofers were back out to our place. They removed and replaced the barge board, as well as re-shingled the part of the roof that was affected. And they didn't charge us for the barge board, which I know was due to Alexis going to bat for us. While the initial situation was annoying, Alexis and her great customer service made up for it. This is why we paid more to go with a reputable company like Cabrera. Also, last week I received confirmation from Malarkey that they had receipt of our warranty, as well as all the steps to take in the future should we need to tap into it. All in all, a very positive experience for a product that yes, cost a lot of money, but is key to protecting our home.
