Castle windows is a great company and their installer, Big Mike was awesome!!. We live in Bensalem Pa and he came out to measure for window install. He was so professional, knowledgeable, personable and fun to talk with. He really knows his stuff! We are looking forward to having our window install completed soon, and maybe we will be lucky to have Mike come out to do the work. We have had castle windows for over 20 years now, and they are very very good at standing by their warranties too.

Castle Window and Doors is an excellent company. This is my second time dealing with Castle. Both times I had a terrific experience. I will continue to use Castle on all my projects. My dog also highly approves 😊
I had a gentleman come up to see about repairing 11 windows. He took pictures of everyone. I paid them $900 down and I was supposed to pay the balance when the job was completed. Two guys came out in December and they were here for 1 1/2 hours I am disabled. I wasn’t able to get around and they did not do a single thing. The guy that originally came and took the pictures came back and took pictures and he agreed with me that nothing was done at all and said he’d never crew up there and then the one manager Brian was also at my house and he said someone would be here in March to correct my Windows when the people came here for an hour and a half I paid them another $1800 and nothing and I was done and it’s supposed to be guaranteed. So they got a total of $2700 and did not do a single thing at my house.
Absolutely terrible experience with Castle Windows from start to finish. The installation was done poorly and we have had nothing but problems ever since. The windows leaked because the original caulking and installation were not done correctly, and we had to have them come back out just to redo work that should have been done properly the first time.
The caulking job was beyond unacceptable — honestly, my three-year-old grandson could have done a better job. The sloppy workmanship is obvious in the attached photos and completely unprofessional for a company charging premium prices.
What’s even worse is that they do not stand behind their warranty or their workmanship. Once the problems started, getting real help and accountability became frustrating and disappointing. For such a major investment, you expect quality products, professional installation, and a company that backs up what they sell — Castle Windows failed on all three.
The entire experience has been horrific. Poor workmanship, ongoing issues, leaking windows, terrible customer support, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and taking your business elsewhere.

The Rep. Gerald James of Berlin, Md was great! He guided me through the process easily and seamlessly. The installation team drove 3 1/2 hrs to get here, and the door that was installed is perfect. The crew wouldn't leave until I gave them a "Thumbs Up" of approval. Will use in the future
I just had a window presentation from **Castle The Window People**, and *Roberto* did an incredible job walking us through every detail of their window manufacturing process. He was transparent, honest, and clear about the product and how it’s built — something none of the other companies we met with were able to do. That level of clarity gave us a lot of confidence in their product.

Sean and Matt were great! They came out to do a warranty repair on my Castle Window which caused some damage to framing and drywall. Theses guys went above and beyond with the repairs. Surpassed my expectations. The quality of workmanship and their attention to cleanliness was great. My total experience with Castle on this repair was positive all around from my initial contact and especially with the work Sean and Matt performed.
Overall, can't recommend them. The salesman lied to us on a couple points, the windows themselves seem like pretty standard quality, so if you can get a better prices elsewhere, you might as well do that. There were scratches and spots between the panes on almost every pane, so almost all of them had to be replaced. Meanwhile, they kept pushing me to make the final payment before the job was done, which I did not do. So there you go.
I put windows in 2 homes 2025 2nn 2026 completely satisfied with the workmanship and the craftsmanship of the company and its workers neat clean and efficient. couldn't be any happier
