I received an email to inform me of an appointment time with a company and the option to contact them to change the date and time if needed.
Jesus contacted me via phone the day before for final confirmation and narrowed the arrival window from 4 hrs. to 2 hrs. He called me 20 minutes before arrival, was friendly, efficient, took care of the leak under my kitchen sink after assessing it was not the garbage disposal but the connector. He cleaned up after himself before he left. I cannot praise him enough.

CHW was great in getting a plumber out to me ASAP. The website is very easy to use then you just wait for the follow up emails to confirm your claim and that a service provider has been contacted. The service provider confirms the appointment and as long as there are no major repairs or discrepancies, you just pay the service fee, the provider repairs and/or replaces the faulty item and all is well. Simple and prompt. Thank you!

We had a 25 year old furnace that needed replacing so I went through the very simple process of submitting the claim online. The next day I got a call from a contractor to come out and look at the system and provide a quote. Just a few days later he installed a brand new system. I still had a pretty sizable tab but the home warranty more than paid for itself in that one system failure. Super simple process

The gentleman came when he said he would. He was very polite, a great big guy but not intimidating. He got right down to business, did what needed to be done, ordered parts told me when he'd be back and left. He came back a week later, right on time and finished up the job. This was a great experience with a warranty company. We tried a different company and the experience was horrible. Choice is the best.
