Chad Sherr was our sales rep and did a fantastic job. He delivered the proposal quickly and answered all my questions in a timely manner, which made me feel very comfortable with the process. Within a week, the crew was on-site and started the installation. The crew was meticulous and did excellent work—very professional throughout. Chase was on-site during the job and kept me updated daily, which I really appreciated. Shyann coordinated everything behind the scenes and quickly addressed any items that came up.
Overall, the communication was great, the work was top-notch, and the entire experience was smooth.
