sales rep was very helpful on what I needed as to what I wanted, Made very good rec. The work crew was very good, safe and respectful of my property. The communications between office and Job foreman was very lacking as I had to call office several times to get in touch with job foreman. Job took longer than expected to do 6/5 - 6/11. The roof looks really great and workmanship is very very good.

They hire subcontractors. They do a bad job. Left sealant, and trash everywhere. Sidewalks, car and all dow the sides of my house. Left my roof sloppy and not fully sealed. Was told that they would come repair the mess but nothing was done. Would not recommend. They take advantage of women and elders.

Cobex did an absolutely fantastic job with my home! They took a nightmare and made it into a dream-come-true. My roof was falling apart, I had dry-rot in multiple areas of my siding and even in the studs. These guys came and worked hard every single day, communicated well, and made my home into what I've always wanted it to be. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

We first had Cobex do our gutters last October. They had the size and the color we wanted. Their staff was friendly and did a beautiful job. We were so happy with the gutters that we had them come back and do our roof. We went with the Owen's Corning Duration Cool with the 50 year warranty. Yeah, the roof will out live us , but the extras that came with it were worth it. Once again their staff was professional and hard working. They were able to take the old roof off and replace it in 4 days. Thank you Cobex!

Fast, professional and courteous! Cobex crews did an awesome job re-roofing our home. It was an extensive job as the roof was in very bad condition. From the demolition crew to the gutter installers, this process went like clockwork. I was informed every step of the way and that was important to me. Plus they were all very empathetic and kind about my needs as a double amputee and use a wheelchair. I loved the job they did and would highly recommend their company!

What I thought would be a painful process turned out to be a pleasure! Junior came up and examined the roof. Then he took us through the whole process they use to replace it. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with him and his company I did not get other quotes.
The crew came on time and worked hard all day. They were able to finish the roof in two days. It looks beautiful now and we do not have t o worry about it any more.

I am the owner of angel arms learning center in carmichael ca . The building of my preschool had a 60 years old roof and was in need of repairs desperately. We called cobex and set up an appointment in the beginning of Dec 2024.
A young Gentleman name Thomas came and met with me at the school . I was impressed by his level of knowledge and compassion he had for the children at the preschool and the condition of our roof that was patched up for last several years and there was no way for us to repair it .
He helped so much with every step from choosing the material and financing .I came to know him as a very quality individual and spent several hours talking to him about all the options and he was in touch with me daily regarding the financing and all the aspect of the project. Even though our school is closed for last week of dec and that was the only time we are allowed to work on the building unfortunately we had 5 days of rain during that week . I was amazed at number of crew they put to work to finish our roof during two and half days window of good weather.
I was impressed with every single person I met on the site . Very professional and friendly crew of nine. the speed of work was amazing and the quality of work was excellent .
I am very happy I came to know all of these hard working individuals.they made sure I am happy with all the details and went out of thier way to get this impossible task done on time .

We had our roof Installation done by Cobex. After 3 estimates, we went with Cobex and I am so glad we did. They are professional, kind and very patient. From our first encounter with Stan, to manage our estimate/project. To the very last final inspection. Cobex staff was so professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job our roof is amazing. The guys installed in the summer hot temps. They did the job so efficiently. Because they are so fast and thorough we had our new roof within 3 days! I asked the final inspector if he was happy he said yes! They all looked like happy employees. In my opinion, happy staff means a great employer so what more could we ask for!? Great job all around Cobex. Thank you. We'll deserved 5 stars.

I can’t begin to describe how happy we are with Cobex construction. They did a magnificent job on our house. From Eddy the salesman, Alex the installer and then Mykhailo the project manager. From the time Stan came to give us the rundown on the cost and procedures of getting a new roof it was a pleasant experience. I was urged to get other bids and Cobex turned out to be the best overall, even better than the local company that was voted best in our city. The products are quality and our roof now looks so great but moreover I know we are protected from leaks for a very very long time. Both the tear off crew and the roofing crew were very professional and seemed to care quite a bit about our comfort level during both procedures. They always let us know when they would be leaving and when they would return and what they were going to do that day. I would definitely recommend them. A plus is the financing as well. We had hoped insurance would come through but when it didn’t we were still able to get our roof through their finance program. Overall a great company with wonderful employees.
