Two ridge caps came off my 4 year old roof. I called about it, and within a couple hours they came out and replaced the whole ridge with new ridge caps. They sent a very likable, courteous and helpful guy who got the work done quickly and efficiently. He even corrected an additional problem I had with rain water dripping down off my roof right in the midst of my steps out of my kitchen door.
This was done free of charge under my 10 year warranty.

Terrible experience there was no project manager making sure things got done correctly, told the person who came out and gave me a quote I needed venting on my garage roof since it is finished inside, when the roof was installed I never got any type of venting installed when I confronted the representative from the company he acted confused that I didn’t have a conversation about what I wanted there is no quality control they send their installers an address they throw the roof on and that’s it no one making sure things are done correctly.

Cobex and team were very fast and have excellent communication throughout the entire project. Eddie went over the roof inspection with great details and photos, he even brought the material being used and showed a mini presentation of the area of where work needed to be completed and how they would proceed with the repair. Norberto and Lucas were very helpful and diligent in assisting and giving guidance when it came to financing. Cobex worked quickly and was able to get the job done within a week upon starting within the holidays, very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend!

Cobex Construction did a fantastic job on our new roof replacement. The team was thorough, on time and overall a great experience to work with them. A huge shout out to Jack Suryakov for being very thorough to explain the process as we are first time home owners and needed to understand what new roof installation means. He was involved and checked in on us through out the process and worked on a competitive price.
This review would be incomplete without mentioning the Project Manager (Mike - Mykhailo Tkachyshyn) who was fully involved during the process, made sure all elements and dissatisfaction were handled with care and to our satisfaction. He listened to us and made sure any changes requested were done, instead of ignoring them or talking us out of it. He made sure we were fully satisfied with the job. He was always available during the project and responded promptly and very respectfully.
We are so glad we picked Cobex Construction to do our new roof and gladly give them five stars from start to end of the project ! If you are looking for a new roof or replacement , this team will make sure you are taken care of !

Jason did an excellent job of explaining their process for installing a new roof. He very patiently worked with us. Olga was great too. I had to arrange financing which took longer than expected. As soon as I notified her that everything was a go on my end she scheduled us for the next week; I was very pleased. The crew doing the work got to business and completed the job within a long day for them.. They did a great job of cleaning up all nails and debris. Nate came out and inspected to make sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up. Overall we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend them.

sales rep was very helpful on what I needed as to what I wanted, Made very good rec. The work crew was very good, safe and respectful of my property. The communications between office and Job foreman was very lacking as I had to call office several times to get in touch with job foreman. Job took longer than expected to do 6/5 - 6/11. The roof looks really great and workmanship is very very good.

They hire subcontractors. They do a bad job. Left sealant, and trash everywhere. Sidewalks, car and all dow the sides of my house. Left my roof sloppy and not fully sealed. Was told that they would come repair the mess but nothing was done. Would not recommend. They take advantage of women and elders.
