Initial contact with Jacuzzi was excellent. Mark our designer arrived on time despite the snowy day. The process was fully explained with everything transparent. The measurements and CAD rendition allowed us to see how our walk-in would look when completed. Mark answered all our questions with a great sense of humor. Fun process.

The salesman said their was mold behind my old tub and I asked the installers and they said their wasn't any mold. The salesman said to call him with any problems and he answered back once so was dealing with the warranty department from Illinois and would call was always in meetings or didn't answer calls and went to voice mail Aaron said her supervisor would call back probably in the afternoon which was Friday today is Wednesday no call. I called Aaron Monday left message called Tuesday left message and still no return calls . Couple weeks previously talked to Maggie and she said would check on problems and call back Monday no call then when I talked to her afterwards she said she didn't remember saying that. The problems with the shower the hand attachment to shower the holder that attached to wall by seat wasn't the right one which was a rotating one finally found one that would work but wasn't a rotating one. Had barn like shower doors hung there's an open space between doors, the installer said to shut the doors opposite of what they should be but no handle to do that. The seat will not stay up it keeps plopping down which could be a disaster which I called and let Aaron know on voice mail and no response. I feel the shower was way over priced in the double thousands. Customer service with my salesman and the warranty department in Illinois is the worst I have dealt with. The installers came around 9 am and were here til a little after 11 pm. The next day went to hang pictures on wall going up the stairs and was some damage to wall they had repairman come out and he said he couldn't fix it without showing where he repaired it so told him to not do it and recalled office to see what they could do they said get a repairman to do it and would reimburse me I've sent pictures at least twice of it the repairman took pictures now they are saying they didn't do it. The entire experience with Midwest bath has been a nightmare and items still not fixed. Don't recommend using Midwest bath.

Tim, came to give me an estimate on some bathroom remodel work, removing a bathtub and installing a walk-in shower. Tim was so helpful with suggestions and ideas, and ending up going a different direction than what I was thinking, making it all so much better overall. He was a complete joy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do any bathroom work.
Thank you so much Tim for making this a better experience than what I previously had.
Sincerely
Linda Buckalew

We had our old tub removed, then Midwest added a walk in shower. Kelly Bird explained the jacuzzi products and the process. Kelly was very professional and friendly. She is also very knowledgeable about competitors. Our new shower was installed on October 27,2025. The installers Charles and Charlie (a father and son team), did an excellent job. They had to spend extra time downstairs, in order to fix the drain pipes downstairs. You can tell that Charles is a perfectionist, because he won’t leave until the job is done right.

Rod L. Was the most professional person with whom I had the honor to have remodel my bathroom. Not enough superlatives in the English language to describe such an outstanding gentleman; most definitely an asset to Midwest Bath.

This is a very expensive "solution" for a simple shower update/remodel. The representative was professional and in the end a true "sales" person - knew how to make you feel that you have a serious problem with your current shower (claimed I had high amounts of moisture behind the tile - in fact, when they demo'd it, it was pretty clean with just a spot of mold that anyone could take care of with Kilz, or just replace the backer board). Long and short - you'll be paying more than double (and that's many thousands of dollars) for the product. And in the end, you have the same vulnerability to water getting behind the "system" - better watch carefully the caulking at the base!
Also, once my tile walls were demo'd out and I observed what they were putting up before applying the modular pieces over it, I was astounded that it was a wood-chippy product - not a water-resistant backer board!! Huh? After all their pitch of perils of moisture with tile and grout, etc - oh my. I'm still stunned. What if there's ever a leak of the shower head behind the modular wall? It'll turn to heavy mold in a minute!
Also, when the rep showed me my choices, I commented how the sample feels flimsy and certainly not anything I'd want. I was assured that the "real" product is much beefier - this was just the "sample". WRONG. It's all pretty flimsy. In the end it looks nice, but that's all. So if you prefer the look and feel of REAL materials like tile, run - don't walk - away. You'll get a fabulous remodel at half the price with a good, local tile installer.
With a tight window to rescind the contract - which I pondered greatly but their home office is almost 2 hours away - I should've just done the big drive, walked in, and told them to cancel.

Kas and Dan did a great job installing our new shower. They did a conscientious job and were very respectful about keeping the doors shut so our cats and dogs wouldn’t escape. They were quiet and professional. The shower is beautiful!

Charles and Charle, yes father son duo, were outstanding! They were like a well oiled machine doing the install. They were neat, organized, and careful in ensuring everything was cleaned up. As far as Jaquzzi Bath, time will tell but we are loving it so far!

My shower isn’t done yet because i just signed the paperwork. Andy Chodera was fantastic. He made me feel comfortable and was the nicest person. He was just amazing. I cant wait to get my tub to walk in shower done.
The installers at Midwest Bath were amazing. They worked really hard to give me a walk in shower going from a bathtub. I feel safer getting in and out of the shower than I did before the work was done. Midwest bath is amazing.

Not standing by their products - DO NOT TRUST WARRANTY
I purchased windows from this company in 2021, I have an issue with my lifetime warranty windows and when I called to get service I was told they no longer do windows and call the manufacturer. The gave me the wrong manufacturer, then when I did find the right one myself, they only cover the glass and you have to pay for shipping and installation. This is outright fraud and deception by Midwest bath as I was promised and documented a lifetime warranty to cover manufacturers defects, which includes all installation and costs.
They have decided to fail customers because they no longer sell the products, even after providing a "lifetime" warranty. Will they do this to you with your bath? I would say based on my experience is seems likely. Very dissapointed.
